Called club, was told they had all been sent out. I was not convinced and asked for an E-Ticket, which I have now got. I’ll give it until the post comes tomorrow and then follow suit I think.

Same and just had an e mail ….
At this stage, we believe that the majority of season tickets have now been delivered.
The club are aware that Royal Mail are experiencing delays in relation to the bank holiday and are therefore behind on deliveries.
We are also aware that in the Family Saver Category there are still some outstanding, but we believe those who should have had a new card, have now got them.
Please note if you have not received it at this stage, we are going to issue an e-ticket. If your pack does arrive, please still use the e-ticket to access the stadium. If you need a paper ticket, please visit the shop before 4pm on Friday so we can arrange this for you. We once again ask that you check your spam and junk folders for these tickets, before contacting the club.
As per last week’s email, those expecting cards and packs will be as follows:
· New season ticket holders for this season will receive their new card and a season ticket holder pack.
· Existing season ticket holders who have moved or changed category for this season will receive their new card and a season ticket holder pack.
· Those with existing cards will receive a season ticket holder pack. You will not receive a new card for this season.
If you have any issues or questions regarding your season card, please email: tickets@bristolrovers.co.uk
We look forward to seeing you all on Saturday. #UTG

Does anyone at the club or ticketmaster really know whats going on? For the foreseeable future I will be taking both my old and new cards. The new card did work ok for the last game but I wouldn’t be surprised if it doesn’t Saturday!!!

Presumably I have to contact them to ask for e-tickets, although I've been having e-tickets sent automatically this season. It's confusing!

I received my season ticket pack just before the Lincoln game, but the rest of my family are still waiting for theirs. My new ticket worked fine but the rest of my family member's tickets, although working previously, now no longer work. To add insult to injury, the new tickets have been printed with the "Country" Contractors Terrace rather than "County" - you couldn't make it up!

Must be pretty frustrating for those of you still waiting. Mine arrived within a few days of each other so it seems I was one of the luckier ones, but hopefully all is sorted by the end of this week for the rest of you 🤞

Haven't received anything, so e-mailed the club. Response from Pete, with e-tickets in less than quarter of an hour. Excellent.

Not buying the official line of ‘delays due to the bank holiday’ have just had a chat with our postie and he laughed at that says no backlog at the sorting office that serves us. Clearly another ticketmaster excuse. For those that haven’t received them not looking promising. I’ll give it til middle of the week then go down to the club shop.

Feel sorry for hard working people like Clare and Pete. They have to out up with the frustrations of fans.
Surely Tom should give ticketmaster an ultimatum that if they don't sort it within 2 weeks we will dispense with their services.
How much money did the club gain by getting rid of one or two members of staff when tickets were in house?
I would guess the time Clare, Pete and Tom, ticket office, stewards etc have spent trying to sort out the mess, plus the lack of trust from fans (and potential spending - ie get to the ground at 1.30 - aim to go straight to the bar but instead get p'd off having to wait 30+ mins in a queue for the ticket office) has cost a lot more.
If the problems continue, plus the loss of momentum from the feeling of last season, ridiculous team and formation selections and I am sure a lot of STs won't bother next season.

If it ain’t brexit, covid, the queens funeral, strikes, bank holidays, shipping containers from China then what the hell is it? Could it be that there are businesses who are poorly run and can’t adapt to change? This isn’t restricted to our dear club or ticketmaster. Everyone seems to have an excuse these days and no sense of responsibility to their customers Quite frankly sick of visiting websites and calling up call centres to be told how everyone is working hard and your call is important when the evidence is clearly to the contrary.
