I have a suspicion that this is now the end of the road for the UWE stadium project. The club has to find £300,600 in tne next six weeks. Where is this money coming from? If the appeal does not go our way then the club is in trouble. We will have no money, no new stadium to look forward too and all the time Bristol City will go from strength to strength once the modernisation of Ashton Gate is completed. The big question now is, can we keep surviving theses crisis?

Simple we'll have to dig into the Wonga loan which was taken out in part to meet the costs of the case. NH and his legal team do seem to be playing roulette with the clubs future. Sainsbury's legal team clearly feel we have a weak case of they would have offered more, why does ours think they have a winnable case?

Are the pictures still up in the bar? When they come down you know it's over.

Surely Higgs & Co have a plan? Wonder if they'd like to share it with us?

Do you really think that any of the capital from that loan is left? Most of it was used to pay off the Barclays mortgage and part pay Geoff Dunford.

Barclays loan was less than a million and GD's only had a, £250K?, part payment so surely there's plenty left if general club outgoings are not exceeding incomings now?

Sound like the sort of bullshit TRASH were coming out with: 'The fact we are allowed to appeal means we must be right to appeal...'

Sound like the sort of bullshit TRASH were coming out with: 'The fact we are allowed to appeal means we must be right to appeal...' Also the fact Sainsbury's costs were reduced means the Judges feels we have a good case, no like all lawyers they sort more than they were entitled to knowing full fell the Judge would reduce thier bill. Did we really win on 4 out of 5 arguments or was the argument we lost the only one worth winning? Also Slsurely if the Judge thought we had a good case she wouldn't have forced us to pay Sainsbury's costs now, I'm guessing she thinks we have no hope as surely Sainsbury's can't be desperate for thier costs to be paid now?
