So what about those pasty huts? Xxx The ad was for the kitchen in the clubhouse bar ran by Rovers, the pasty huts are franchised out. Remember liars are always found out, weldone for admiting it. clearly says kiosks

Wow, I got called a liar for saying our catering is sh** when we have a big crowd! f**k off gaz. It is sh** and you know it. We don't need to have a thread on it every time, you must be the catering manager? Useless twat. Lol trying to rewrite history, shame people can just press a few buttons and see you were sh** stirring.

Liars are always found out.

Hey come stop the arguing. Whatever your opinions, you both have to agree that our club is in demise and being run poorly. Somebody has contacted BSS and lets see what happens from here, maybe they'll listen and learn, lets hope. Still reckon the huts are down to the club though.

I have just read a similar thread on the other forum from a few months ago. Gaz, your not trymgas are you? Similar style and got owned aswell. It seems Rovers took ownership of the huts some time ago from a franchise, therefore run them now. The ad kinda gives it away too in fairness. It's easy to be a smart arse on a keyboard mate, hopefully you are not so smarmy face to face.

Remember when ggmi offered someone out? This sounds suspiciously similar! Are you saying you (the liar) owned me? God I feel happy reading that!

What are you on about? Have some rest and chill out. No need to get all excited online gaz. I was looking for some proof and found a like for like thread, that's all. Then referred to your smarmy posts that I'm sure you don't replicate in real life. Calm down. Back to it tomorrow over something else no doubt.

My sister is employed by Bristol rovers to work in the restaurant and on a few occasions including the fun day and the promotion event has had to work in the pasty stand. So rovers are responsible for the staffing

Rovers do run the huts. Managed by the catering manager and his people. All people serving on a match day are directly employed by the club. They clock in, then out. The pasty company pay towards maintenance of the huts, I am not sure about wages. But believe me Rovers are wholly responsible for the way they operate. If thats the case, they should sack the catering company because the standard of food is sh*t. Follow the Morcombe example i say !

When I originally began reading and laughing at this thread (in a good way) last night I was wondering if it was still run by a franchise. Thanks to the silly spat above and some other input that's been cleared up. So I would just like to know if anyone has any idea who is in charge, pretty sure I could I could reinvigorate the situation. Despite jokes about the state of secondary education teaching young people how to work and take pride in catering is actually surprisingly easy. It would be good if the club would take a bit of pride to, it's not hard to find a good catering supplier for a start.

So it was just an unfortunate coincidence that both the turnstiles and pasty huts were shockingly understaffed? I doubt that's the case, it as if nobody realised we'd get anything but a normal size attendance on Saturday. Maybe it was, maybe it wasn't, what I'm trying to get across is BRFC had NOTHING to do with the staffing in the pasty hut. The club is in a better position to judge the potential crowd than the pasty compaby.

I couldn't care less about the business world, but you can't help learn a thing or two with rovers.
The way a business is run, reflects its owners.

The Cheese and Onion Pastie on Saturday looked abit like the contents of a baby nappy and tasted just as bad....
