Once the swelling goes down it may not be as bad as we all think.

Yes the sudden inability to run and grabbing of the hamstring in agony was my first clue.

I will ask him when he is in Costa again I don't know which is worse, the fact that he will "be in" Costa or the fact that you will ask him for any updates when he is "in costa".
