I have some to the conclusion that the Bristol Rovers Official Club Website is the most shambolic and irritaing website on this planet. Since it was redesigned, the website has gone downhill. There nothing really in its context that attracts me to read it. it just seems like it vidoe after video after video. Its just horrible! Hopefully, im not the only one who thinks this.

I think all the Football League teams have the same issue, FL sold out to whoever and we have to use their design and the stupid Gasplayer too.

Indeed it is terrible but it's a football league issue. Ours is no worse than others.

Can't understand why people get bent out of shape over something like this, I use it to look at club news. I also use Twitter Facebook and the Internet for the same,
Nothing to see here, move along

The club I play for use pitchero. It's so much better than the rubbish the football league uses.

I also use Twitter Facebook and the Internet for the same, Nothing to see here, move along Why should you have to go anywhere other than the official club website for easy-to-read up-to-date club news though? I dont want to have to trawl other sources. And when you do go on there its like the milliondollarhomepage. That's what gets my goat.

It's a bit like the B Post website in that it's overloaded with adverts, it's madness really as both websites have so many adverts that you don't use them so never actaully see any of the adverts shown anyway!!
Although the Premiership doesn't seem any better if Liverpool's just as an example is representive of their websites.

No mention of Adam Drury, which was all over social media last night

The Supporters Club website has improved a great deal recently and a lot of credit has to go to Chris Walker for this. This can be improved if people has anything to add to it. I think there has been request for articles or news from Rovers fans in the past, so if you have any features you would like added, or articles that can be used why not contact the SC and let them know?

Yep 11.00 When he had officially signed. Imagine what would have been posted on here if Rovers announced it last night before he signed officially and he decided to sign for someone else.

It's a Football League stitch up:
"The Website is operated by FL Interactive Limited (Company Number 04112553), whose registered address is c/o The Football League Limited, 5B Edward VII Quay, Navigation Way, Ashton on Ribble, Preston, PR2 2YF ("FLi"). FLi reserves the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time and your use of the Website following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change."
I don't know what the the deal is, but Rovers like a lot of other clubs are tied in to this crappy, outdated format through a subsidiary of the Football League. Having said that, I am sure that all the out-of-date content could be removed.
