Have to say it was like a Dickens novel on Sunday. That ref was the ghost of conference past. Justice done now though but I do think saying he cost us points is harsh. You make your own luck and we couldn't score so at best it may have been one point if we had kept a clean sheet.

I can't see how you can dispute it wasn't a pen from which surely we would have scored and so gained a point? Whether we deserved it is another matter.
Pleasantly surprised the red card was rescinded as that seems to rarely happen for us, so we don't have to worry about OC missing 3 games know.

However, we will never know now unfortunately.

Amazed at that decision. Usually they don't do stuff like that unless you can see there's no contact, or similar. Istm it's 'arguable' it's a red, and so that's usually enough for them to back the ref.
Maybe they just thought the ref was generally a bit of a main sail, and they want to let him know.
If only all appeals were that easy.

Thank you.

Agreed. One of those decisions that there's no way you can tell if it's correct or not at normal speed and that is usually enough for the ref to get the FA's backing.Even when the decision is proven to be a Shyte one by slo mo.
