probably, what did I miss? I think Lockyer and Brown were in on the joke, rather than condemning them! I'm confused by the whole thing, the point I thought was to fish for comments, thought it was only mansell and Harrison that were doing this, but I don't folllow any of them on Twitter so I must have missed it.

It gets worse... Just about to post this. Could well be true as he is a Newport lad and mates with some city players. I hope it's not!

Can you imagine if a City player was spotted by Gasheads in the away end at a Rovers' game. Not just any game but a derby when tensions are already high. They would get absolute pelters.

Is it any of our business what he does in his spare time?
Rather he was watching football than in a boozer with...... (Insert this month villain!).

If true I think hes overstepped the mark. The twitter comments were fine but to go in the away end with city fans is beyond belief.
We gave him his chance, he looked good last season but hes been pretty poor mostly this season. Theres far better out there and I for one wouldn't be too bothered if we got rid and he rotted in league 2/ conference with an attitude problem for the next 10years.
Harsh but for me this isnt ok as a representative of brfc and on our payroll.

I guess if the 82er's score EH would have to celebrate with their fans, is that what we really want to see from one of our players? What if the Sky TV camera pick him out celebrating and highlight he's a Rovers player? Given that the games on the box why does he need to be there anyway?

I started this thread as i personally wasnt happy with the twitter comments alone but words absolutely fail me if he is in the city end. Is he just stupid or does he hate the club and have no respect for us fans at all!?!

I just can't understand it. It's controversial to say the least.
Sure, go watch a game of football, even if it's the teds, but wouldn't it be far more reasonable to go in a box or something where it's more private rather than in the away end.
Oh Ellis, what were you thinking lad

If he is there, taking the Twitter comments as well, it's a real shame he can't just keep his head down, away from unwanted attention and really work hard to get back in the team. It's not difficult to do for a few months. It's really not.
