We are not taking our chances when we are in top. And who, Mr Clarke, is the biggest culprit of the said offences?. Yep none other than the man labbeled by your goodself, only last week, as the best striker in this league. You couldnt sodding bloody well make it up.

Ah but Tbone......if Mattee is a culprit according to your "clueless clown", then Mattee must really be all right. Or you are agreeing with your "clueless clown"?
You can't have it both ways.

Yeah T you are wrong, you've purposefully misconstrued Clarkes words so that they fit your narrative. Very boring indeed.

nobody says how many tubbs or say andre gray have missed so its all about how many taylor scores imo,,last season he was a 20 goal conference striker,,this season lets see where he ends up. i reckon if we signed a big striker it will be easter and harrison on the bench at least initially.

Exactly . Taylor averages around a goal every two games and you ask any striker who's played the game they'll tell you it's a good record and what every striker aims for.

If Matty was currently playing in another league Two club and we had instead had *another* Matty Taylor-like striker playing here who *maybe* had has slightly less luck or slightly less support and had scored 2-3 fewer goals this season, Tbone and the other haters would be calling for a player with his current record to be brought in to fix the 'so-called' problem...sometimes, better the devil you know....(citation Easter, Blisset)

Witty retorts about clueless DC and useless MT are one thing, but starting a thread about them both, presumably for no other reason than to annoy people, is a bit sad.

Great spot of early fishing!
Tbone - would you have FGRs Jon Parkin up front instead of Taylor or Easter?
