Not sure if anyone else has come across this article I've come across, but a couple parts are quite interesting but probably won't improve DC's mood: “...We are going to do some reshuffling … We are going to equip the club with the right people and restructure the club properly so that it functions better.”AND "...part of his plans was to provide Jordanian and even Arab players with a chance to develop their football skills. “This is very positive for Jordan because this vehicle can be used for Jordanian boys to improve and become professional players as well.”"Linkage - www.venturemagazine.me/2016/02/al-qadi-family-buys-bristol-rovers-soccer-club/ I hope DC doesn't read that ! One would hope that by now the new owner has met with DC so that they can forge an understanding . I suspect that DC will be ok as long as he feels that he is free to get on with his job without interference.

In answer to the OP - I wouldn't read too much into it. He is peeved, and he says why - he only found out on Friday.
I've worked as a manager in a place where take-over rumours become a reality. The people who report to you come to you for answers to put their minds at rest. They want to know about their job security, will things they've worked on still be relevant, are they still on for that promotion etc.
They want these questions answered, and if you are as in the dark as they are - you cannot give them that peace of mind.
I'm sure this is what he meant when he said it has been difficult situation to manage.

By 'reshuffling' I'm sure he means allocating directors to certain roles, improving commerical and financial side etc. - Don't think his comments refer to DC and co. The second quote is interesting. If they're good enough, why not? I can't see a huge influx of Jordanians in the near future though. Yeah, the first point is pretty similar to what DC said in his interview, anyway, so I imagine they are on the same page about off-the-field issues. The second point is a double-edged sword. It would be great to have some of the best young Jordanian players join the development, and senior, squads. But there shouldn't be any pressure to pick them.

Ah right, I thought he said it unsettled th eplayers and assumed they feared for their future, I guess he meant it disrupted his matchday prepartion more so

With nearly half of his team out of contract in the summer it don't surprise me this has miffed him. Agents must of slammed the breaks on any deal they had in place with the club and chucked another grand on a week the minute they heard a billionaire was on the scene. DC has put together a team of grafters and he could see this whipped out by greed. Would hope in that case dc sticks to his guns, ,im also hoping new owner lets dc deal with it with no interferance as it's no secret stupidly long and well paid contracts were part of the clubs failing in the past
