The new stadium would have been built by Christmas and in all likelihood we would still be a league club as well,so my hatred is aimed towards Trash/ The Greens and the wicked witch.that woman is lying low now,but what she did to further her own personal political career and sod the fallout and cost to BRFC,should never be forgotten by all gasheads.A good effigy of her would be a massive seller in the Rovers shops!

Delivering the UWE probably contributed considerably to our league status being lost? Not scoring enough goals sent us down. Separate issue nothing to do with the stadium Agree Stapleton, but then again if the boss (chairman) had had his eye more on the results business which ultimately is what football is all about, he would have known more or less from the start of 2013-14 season that goals were gonna be hard to come by and have made sure it was rectified (told his employer JW) to get it sorted? It appears that NH agenda has been all about securing a new stadium?

There's a South Park episode where everyone smells their own farts because they're so smug about being green etc. It reminds me of a lot of the locals.

Blame the Greens for this, this should have been done and dusted but the greens held it up. How people still vote for that shower is a mystery! Not at all. Relegation fuelled the fires on ALL sides. The chairman put his total attention into this venture and did not put in place anyone to oversee footballing matters nor did he see fit to delegate to anyone else. This lays squarely with the chair. Had we not been relegated then none of the financial stuff would have come out which had given Sainsbury the fuel to fight. They know we do not have the finance or wherewithal for a protracted legal battle. We cannot afford more than 2 seasons in the conference. I note the chairman did not deny the piece in the independent. What does that say to you ?

They dont have to give us every bit of info but they need to be truthfull. If Sainsburies are trying to pull out why could the club not say that? At the q and a they said everything is fine and thy were waiting for some pre planning stuff to go through. I hope for their sake that this is still the case. Newmarket, i appreciate you try and be positive and see the best in things but if this is true and the board have been lieing then its indefensible And you were critical of those of us who did not go mate. Some if us know better or have had more years of BS to have any doubt that they will never see us as a partner in the club. Sorry mate as it's not meant as a dig. I just feel despair. We're f**ked mate.

I come on the forums more out of habit as I never realised how habit forming it is. It would take a spectacular and incredible change for my love for the club to be reignited. It upsets me but there us go. Sometimes you have to just let go. When something only serves to make me angry then I have to redress why I bother.

I go through phases of not caring and then trying to change things.

KP, if the Greens had kept out of it the deal would have been done a year ago, way before the end of the season. I will always blame them for this mess.

There's a certain irony in the fact that a vote for the greens would be considered wasteful. Pft, I've taken shits more left wing that that bunch of electioneering Simons.

I think they played a part for sure but relegation raised more questions on Sainsbury's part. They know we cannot afford to go on for long if we do not get promoted. There was no tangible planning by our side incase of a very likely JR. We have had so many ups and downs with this saga. There have been planning oversights too and when EH was fine we should have been in a position to move on but our side had not pushed on with plans. Relegation has given others ammunition to try to knock prices down and to delay things in their favour. As with Twatola not planning for relegation, our side never planned for a challenge. It's been a comedy of errors. Don't get me wrong, I truly hate that bloody woman and her acolytes but I also think our lot have not been on the ball.
