You may have been amazed = many of us already knew I take the comment with a pinch of salt as I know that some on here who are/were genuinely ITK knew absolutely nothing about itTherefore, they were genuinely NOT ITK

Nah just one of those oddballs in life that if im told something in private it stays just that unless it's something that needed acting on for a persons safety etc) You are not alone mate but in the minority nowadays. Old fashioned values need to be applauded not ridiculed but what chance is there of that nowadays in this 'look at me'society of the 'new man'? I tend to agree, but in this case I think Wael is putting it on Twitter in full knowledge this will be shared, so I wouldn't say Topper has betrayed a trust.

On my stagger home from the pub last night, I accidentally fell through a rip in the fabric of time. Turns out I'm living + 12 hours of GMT. I can confirm Today is not the day, however there is something under the tree for you it's not bird sh1t.

Can we keep UWE chat going in this one for expected resolution around the 17th Feb on 93 pages.
Cause this season feels a lot like last season.

If the UWE comes off all well and good,if it doesn't I think we all know it is down to the absurd contract signed by Nick Higgs which is hard to argue with. As for them selling the land I can't see it myself but you never know.

I'm keeping the faith. The current owners have done nothing for me not to believe they will pull off getting the club a new ground. Loving the journey.

If our average starts hitting 10k soon we will regularly be hitting capacity and the Mem will start to seriously hurt our potential. It's from a spectating point of view archaic when the crowds go over 10.5k ish and isn't well equipped for holding away fans in volume either, especially when home crowds are big.
It might be worth sacrificing an extra million or two on the price tag for the land to UWE. Add to that Hamers noise at the start of the season on the money the mem has needed spending on it going into this season just to keep it going.
February must be crunch time as based on original timings we need to be starting then to be ready for 2018/19

It it highly unlikely that the difference between what we are prepared to pay for the land and what uwe want or would accept outweighs the total of the above.

I like how we're second to Tottenham in the article, despite developments at championship clubs in that list! They are listed in order of capacity

Problem is none of us know what the UWE now want for the land nor what the feasibility study said about it being feasible, just look at Coventry and Darlington for teams who overstretched themselves to see where it can lead in extreme cases. There's also no need to accept the first offer but play hard ball until the seller drops their price to an agreeable figure.

There is a HUGE difference between what we are offering and what UWE wants.
No quick solution here.
