Living only an hour away and at £4 for me I'm tempted but don't want to go if majority are not

Be surprised if we take very many. I was considering going simply because it's a joy to watch Rovers at the moment but probably won't be able to make it. Certainly don't have a problem with anyone going though and if you're in the area and don't get to go to many away games go along and support the boys.

Yes to Crawley and a big no to Portsmouth There's a sentence that's never been written on a football forum before. But I do agree.

As the article says, Pompey fans are boycotting this competition even more strongly than we are. I would love to think those in power might take some notice when a fixture that would normally be attractive to both sets of fans is played in an empty stadium, but........

Someone should send this link to the EFL.
I doubt they will take any notice of this.

We have the perfect opportunity now to play the team we want at Pompey. Treat the game at Crawley as an outing for 5 not playing regularly (e.g. Big Mac ) with the remainder regulars if need be. Then on Tuesday we can drop the regulars as we only need to retain five from the previous game. Then play those who need a run out plus under 18's against Pompey. (Or even under 10's)

Whilst I am only about an hour away and believe we should always try and support our club, I won't be going. If I wanted to spend a Tuesday night with six blokes and dog I'd go and watch my local Wealden FC who play in a field.
