I wonder with hindsight what Wael now feels about his predecessor agreeing to offer all last season's squad contracts, a clever move by NH to agree to that offer if he knew he'd by gone by now!! Can't remember when the idea of blanket deals were offered, but not a bad gambit to guarantee a big push for promotion.Mind you, in light of our promotion, it has certainly paid off in terms of bigger gates.

Perhaps there was another option such as a decent bonus, as I can't recall many clubs at our level being stuck with so many unwanted players.
As far as Manse I wouldn't hesitate in starting him on Boxing Day and if McChrystal was fit I'd also start with him, as I can't see we can play any worse.

Out - Puddy, Lawrence, Mccyrstal, Sinclair, Gosling, Boateng (his loan expires Jan otherwise would keep him longer)
In - New CB, New GK, 2 x New CM.

He's started all but two of our league games this year. I'm not sure if this is what you'd like to happen or what you think will happen but there's no chance he will be leaving. UTG!

Sinclair out is a personal choice, he's a hard worker, but I'm not keen on his playing style always feel like we are leaving gaps when he's running around in what I believe takes him out of position. I'd much rather see Mansell holding the team together, but appreciate Mansell isn't 100% at the moment, hence why I suggested 2 new CM's. Clarke and Colkett I think have that little extra over him, yes they don't put in as much effort as Sinclair, but Clarke's got a powerful shot on him and Colkett's got creativity.

Most of our players will go on a free, and probably to non league teams. My list is Gosling: Mildenhall(injured and old):Mansell: Lawrence: McCrystal. Puddy will stay to the summer as back up. In the summer Harrison will go (on a free to Newport) Neither Cardiff or City will want him, and the squad will go on changing. If we want promotion this year, which is 2 years too early imho, then Sinclair needs to get injured or leave. 2 long time injuries = 2 promotions. Truth is we play better without him.

Agree with this but Ellis was the only player up front who offered any sort of urgency last Sat.Easter rarely features these days so think his days are numbered too.

I honestly think when we release Clark he'll have to drop into non league to get game time with another club, as apart from an occasional decent shot, which Ollie Norwood also had, I just can't see what DC sees in him.

He is the only midfield player we have that can put a decent hard tackle in... all the rest just power puff tackles if they can catch them

I think you mean Oli Norburn. I would be more than happy to have Oli Norwood (currently with Brighton) at the Gas. UTG!

If we want promotion this year!! This is One reason why a dip in form causes so much bitter bile on football forums. Two promotions in successive seasons has knocked the common sense out of most people it seems. As for Sinclair he does what the manager asks of him.
