Get a grip. DC knows he's struggled with the goalkeeping position & centre half and will do the best he can in the window. Not sure what else we can expect. We are back where we wanted to be and doing ok. Some stability is OK after a double promotion. Lets remember the words EVOLUTION NOT REVOLUTION Absolutely, and if we went out and spent stupid money on a load of big names that were on their way down through their careers we'd be right back where we'd started the rot. I trust DC will get it right because history says he will because we've just won back to back promotions on a small ish budget. He's not perfect and to be totally honest I think this diamond formation is utter sh**e and as much as I hope to be proved completely wrong I hope he scraps it and we stay up but the blokes got a hell of a lot more right than he's got wrong so I wouldn't be surprised if the diamond suddenly clicked and we went on a run. We'll see. Can't wait for the match Christmas is Dam monotonous and all I want now is to stand in the blackthorn end and get behind them.

Why do some people get so hard about the thought of spending a little cash?,! I honestly don't care if wael buys a decent keeper and centre back for a couple of camels and some tracksuits!! As long as he gets them.

According to the Hillbilly sh*t fest known as OTIB, we only do loans and free signings.. The irony is that for all the millions they've spent there is currently 16 league places between us and the franchise.. Lord Guernsey extends little Lee's contract which keeps him there to 2020 and 8 defeats in the last 10 games later you just gotta smile at the poor little mites..

I was told we are going to smash our transfer record to sign Omar Bogle from Grimsby, but like everything I hear about Rovers I'll believe it when I see it. I was told yesterday construction on the training ground would start in March, Rovers had made an offer to the UWE to buy the land and build the stadium although the university were dragging their feet and unlikely to accept and now somebody, who knows nothing is saying DC has a £400k budget; really, we all know any players coming into the club will be on either a free or most likely on a loan deal; however, what the **** do I know ? that said, on watching yesterdays performance, I would say a capable competent goalkeeper must be top of DCs shopping list, and a replacement for Taylor, if indeed he is off-ski.

For all this talk of what we may or may not have, do we rrally need to spend loads in January?
We have more than enough to finish mid table with what we have. Our eyes should be on next Summer in the main. We coyld do with some changes obviously but i imagine they will be loans or released players which will have an incentive to earn a contract in the summer

The fact that some are moaning about a transfer budget shows the progress being made!
Anyone over the age of 40 would have to look up the two words in a dictionary and work out what it means!
Too many FIFA17 players on here! Tap Mum & Dad up for a fiver and bring in Lionel Messi! 😀 don't forget, there's only one of him in real life!!!

Remember old fatty Tomlin cost more than our entire squad but without a teenage kid on loan from Chelsea the Franchise would be struggling ! So the hillbillies on the OTIB should think again before ribbing us about loan players

Different team and better manager now though, all the long balls being pumped up yesterday is a complete waste 1 set piece and 3 goals someone who hasn't started a lot this season saved us,as poor as Coventry were they had plenty of chances so I'm not getting carried away with this result Real test on Saturday

We need a few additions but we are fine up front, joint 3rd highest scorers in the league.

Others had said it and been stoned to death but I still think we should get akinde he's big strong and scores goals,I would see what he can do in this division till end of season what have we got to lose So we spend £250K/500K to buy Akinde now just to see what he can do until the end of the season? What happens if he struggles do we just write off his transfer fee, what happens to the 2 or 3 contract we also had to offer him to get him to agree to returning to Bristol? It could cost anywhere form £500K to £1m+ in total to sign him, so DC would need to be pretty sure he could do a job not just take a, Blisset like, punt for 6 months.
