We might need a striker.

I think Bogle or Lambert would be the wrong type of player. We need a little nippy skillful player if it is to replace MT. A young lad from the Prem may be more appropriate. Charlie Wyke maybe? UTG!

Possibly some youngster from a youth academy; we are still a selling club with no real ambition.

Just 1 signing today for us: Sir Richard Lambert. Talk in Welsh press is that he's available for loan but wages are high...

Are we signing anyone today - getting late on in the day! If the unthinkable happens and he signs for them ( can't say the name ) DC has to work quick to get his replacement in to appease the fans.....

Possibly some youngster from a youth academy; we are still a selling club with no real ambition. It would appear that way.

Absolute shambles as far as I am concerned if the £300k release clause in his contract was agreed by our owners. Smells of desperation to me after he buggered us around in the Summer and did not sign until the season was already underway. If thats' the case, lets' see what DC and Wael can come up with to appease what would appear to be a very unhappy fanbase. I for one am very underwhelmed but still hoping we have managed to get at least £2million of Lansdowns fortune for the loss of Taylor.

I'm not sure DC and WAQ appreciate how watered off we are going to be at the club for this. Clearly Taylor is the biggest villain but there is going to be some residual anger about what is looking like a poor window for us.

If we have sold our star goalscorer for a pittance to the S...e, and the UWE goes' tits up any talk of evolution rather than revolution will certainly test our owners resolve.

If it is, imagine the melt-down on here last summer if word got out we could have re-signed him in the summer, but didn't because we didn't want that clause inserted?
