Hello I'm posting on here just to find out how our young keeper joe lumley is getting on. I'd like to here your views on him as I rate this kid. Cheers He's not done too bad keeping the opposition strike forces at bay but has struggled against our lethal defence in the last 2 games!

Quite a lot of connections with QPR - Francis, Holloway, Penrice, Yates, White, Channing, Tilson, Meaker, Brown and the midfielder who played under Ward in his first stint whose name escapes me. Loved the old Loftus Road Ground and remember seeing the Gas loose 3-1 in the late sixties with Dave Stone missing a penalty with Rovers 1 up...Jim Langley made no mistake when QPR were awarded a penalty a few minutes later.

And don't worry if they take the lead. They couldn't hold on to it if it was tied around them.

Also don't forget the legend that was/is Steve Parmenter, although I don't think he ever made an appearance for QPR.

You can keep Ollie if we can keep Lumley? he looks marvellous so far. What a difference a decent keeper makes. And what a shame we took so long to find one... even if he isn't ours. We might have had an extra 10 points if he'd been with us since August

Thanks for all the feed back and you have all been very friendly! We play city soon so I hope we can beat them and help send them down for ya . Cheers. Please do 'em. We really don't like them. Rather understated methinks I, for one, absolutely detest them.

Thanks for all the feed back and you have all been very friendly! We play city soon so I hope we can beat them and help send them down for ya . Cheers. The 5hit have a forum called One Team in Bristol. There is a mammoth thread on it about us, it's in excess of 370 pages. That's just this season. In each of the two previous seasons they've had dedicated threads which have been at least as massive. As of late it has slipped away from the forum front page. They have been too busy posting hate-filled poison about their manager who, it has to be admitted is a bearded, stumpy little twat. Since they managed to scab a point at Newcastle they have recovered their cocky,5hithead attitude and are once again in full flow. Never the most original of thought (they do originate from an extremely shallow gene pool, most of them are the product of incestuous relationships, the South Bristol estate are renowned for such behaviour) and have taken to labelling us as being "always the victim" ala Man U. V Liverpool. If they get done by Villa tomorrow their Gas thread will quietly slip away until they manage to fluke another result. So, the point of this post is to ever so politely request that you give them something else to hold their collective, misshapen heads in their 6 fingered hands. Especially with Ollie in charge. And don't forget to let them know, loud and constantly, which is the best team in Bristol. You'll have no trouble making yourselves heard, Trashton isn't internationally renowned as the worlds quietest library for nothing!

I can see the future.
Next season we are top of League 1 at Christmas with our new improved squad.
DC is poached by Wolves.
Holloway is sacked by QPR since they sit in 19th place in the Championship.
Wael wants a seasoned manager who understands the club and has experience at a higher level, preferably even Premier League.
