" the current stance now it would appear is to ignore everything and pretend it will all blow over" Thought you were describing Wael there for a moment .Just when we need leadership desperately Wael , as usual, has gone to groudf I know he has refused several media requests for interviews recently and just when WE ALL need a Churchill character to help us through stormy times we have nothing As for snipe comments I could find 2 pages of that directed at Gasincider by you ( and vice versa) so you are out of order there as well 2 things come to mind pot, kettle , black and hypocrite Couldn't think of anything worse than constant, completely irrelevant "updates" by a football club owner trying to act like Churchill right now. It would be totally tin eared and tone deaf at a time like this. Thankfully you're not in charge so we don't have to suffer such course and ill considered behaviour. Perhaps you would like to re visit your comment in light of the clubs standing in the EFL communication table recently posted on this forum You happy with the status quo?

Great idea can I be first to propose you to take the lead ? Ask JC to respond to the email I sent him. There was an offer in there to work with him....so far I have yet to receive a courteous acknowledgment of such an email let alone a reply. You wouldn’t know this but there is already a group of people from this forum getting together to discuss ideas to achieve a fans trust which I am apart of. Gassy was the instigator. So you are expecting a courteous reply from people you call"weasels"?

Probably a great idea in terms of engaging with the owners but there is the small matter of the fact that the current SC own a share of the club and have the right to representation at board level. Any new group would not have that unless they were willing and able to buy out the current SC. Assuming that were possible?? Perhaps the club would be happy to work with a new supports club though and exile the existing one? Great idea can I be first to propose you to take the lead ?

Cant see that happening any time soon. If anyone of the contributors to the scheme, from it's inception, deemed that the actions of the Trustee and the SC more generally were misrepresenting the contributors or not upholding their fiduciary responsibilities then they could find themselves in a spot of bother, they would be personally liable. So presumably the receiver of funds from the scheme could be liable if shares certificates were not issued to acknowledge receipt?

Is that so you could demand that Sam Frost names his source? Roy, just admit, the SC is now bankrupt, the PC is now bankrupt for siding with them, there is nothing left. Bit but you are being taken apart. The sooner you all admit it’s over, the sooner this facade stops. Even if that were true shame on you for expressing delight. Remember there is a world of difference of complaining about something and doing something about it. I look forward to seeing you next season standing in the rain selling tickets and missing some of the match as a result. Dont think 81 would have the energy Roy .He spends Saturdays writing abusive e mails I like to know why he applied to join the supporters club recently ? Any ideas?

The deal is there I heard. The Fruit Market purchase has gone through I am told and the owners want BRFC on site. I heard it t would be done by now but for someone opening their mouths before the deal was completed, which cost the buyers an extra £5million. I heard only one person is standing in the way of closing the deal. Very interesting Oldie. So who is the person who opened their mouth at a cost of £5m? Who is the one person standing in the way of the deal? Look no further than Waels interview with Twentyman before the Blackpool game in August

Some would say he would be the last person you would want on board They might not want him, but they certainly need him. They certainly need him to say yes but that's all Give him an honorary position in the club but don't let him anywhere the big decisions to come nice guy but sadly out of his depth

Sam Frost is again saying in today's Q&A it's with the legals but they have to agree a deal with the FM before considering purchasing the club, which seems an odd way of doing things, as what's the point of a stadium w/o a team to play in it! I said something similar a while back. There's no way Wael isn't involved in this, if it is or was actually true. The mythical investors would need to have him on board from the outset. Some would say he would be the last person you would want on board

1. A first team player. I’ll disclose the person if he transfers out. 2. No one. I turned up expecting to be turned away. No one questioned my attendance. 3. Chris Brown on Face ache. Please see paragraph 1 of my thread. It shouldn’t be too hard even for you to read. 4. I never said they were breaking lottery law. I said they were advertising falsely that they were contributing to the club when they at the time to hand to handed any money over. Do keep up old boy. Not sure there's a need to respond in that manner to a reasonable question? Anyway suggest you read what you posted as you indicated you had what Chris Brown has posed as being true, so who informed you, hopefully somebody from within the club/SC not just a Rovers fan on a closed FB fans group given an PC members has denied they've reported Wael? "Chris Brown on facebook (posted) that Wael has been reported to the EFL by the SC and the PC to be investigated under the fit and proper persons rules..... I have had this confirmed as being true as well."

I think gashead 81 has forgotten that we still await answers to the following Who gave him confidential information about players contracts that he posted on this forum ? Who authorized his attendance at last years AGM when he wasnt a shareholder? Who advised him recently that the club had been reported to the EFL? What happened to his claim that the SC were breaking lottery law re the 50/50 draw? Well then Steve why dont you just say?

I know exactly where and when it was paid. I asked him. It was stated openly in front of the AGM that the money was given. No whispering, it was said out loud. Keep digging, and I may give you a few clues on the way. Of course, you could ask Adam. He was sat next to him. Call him him a liar and I'll happily give you it root and branch, because I might be lying as well. Well then why don’t you just say? Why be so cloak and dagger? Either he did it or he didn’t. If he did why is it not in the company accounts? If he didn’t why make something up? This Is the sort of thing that just widens the distrust of Km and the organisation he was apart of. It’s either truthful or an ego inflating piece of economic truth building full of technicalities designed to misrepresent what actually has happened. Anyone can take anything at face value and choose to believe. If he said it in front of Adam and 200 others they can either check it or not. Now I’m asking it to be checked and for it to be proven because there is no written record.
