Looks like we'll be chasing our tail again with this stand. Looking like were up to 37.5% capacity tonight. Tickets could be a fiver on Saturday in attempt to give SAG something to consider. We need to get on top of this and quickly. We really don't want residents to have any opportunity to say the increased capacity/redevelopment isn't needed.

That's why this should have been done from day one to get the thing full and buzzing and creating some long term demand To be fair it needed SAG to agree tests and they seem to give approval very late in the day. I would imagine midweek or November/January matches v the likes of Lincoln or Stevenage will be this sort of price next season. I would agree with you there it does all seem a bit last minute. We haven't really helped ourselves though we've been chasing our own tails since we boldly announced it would be open at the start of the season. We seem to have been reactive rather than proactive all along and that includes the pricing policy

Good move by the club hopefully we'll sell out the 75% now. It could be a bit awkward if we dont Getting 1,000+ Gasheads to change their plans for tomorrow night will be some achievement, wouldn't offering terrace ticket holders a free exchange for a stand seat have been a better option? That's why this should have been done from day one to get the thing full and buzzing and creating some long term demand

So just imagine you've moved here for work or uni and you fancy following the local club. What should I do, I can get a seat at the Mem to watch Rovers v Exeter for £36 OR I could save myself £8 and get a seat at the side of the ground and watch the S$£t play Leeds Utd in the league above. Now I'm no Behavioral Economist but I reckon I could have a stab at why we fail to attract much new support

Yes that's why I said when it's given the all clear by the authorities. There was only a few hundred in there yesterday. Probably well less than the 50% allowed Your first two paragraphs were clearly criticising the club for not attempting to sell more tickets yesterday? Hello Top's I've missed you telling what I meant in my posts. Saves me thinking for myself I suppose 👍

If they hope to charge £36 to sit in the extended East Stand I wouldn't bother. After decades of failing to build a stand worthy of the name it seems bizarre to me we're charging £29 to sit in it. It was sad to see it more or less empty yesterday after years of waiting for something to be built. I know the owners are fairly new but you would think it wouldn't be difficult to reward the fans for the years of putting up with squalid conditions I would have hoped we'd have had an opening game once it's given the all clear by the authorities. A fiver a ticket with pasty thrown in and get the stand rammed. Get the atmosphere built and making it somewhere fans want to return to. Create some kind of buzz, not the dribble of fans we saw in there yesterday. Once the fans have experienced the atmosphere when it's full then increase the price to reflect the demand. Ummm. You do know we could only use 50% of it yesterday? 75% vs Exeter 100% Vs Oxford Yes that's why I said when it's given the all clear by the authorities. There was only a few hundred in there yesterday. Probably well less than the 50% allowed

All the positivity drained out of me watching BBC last night! Hoping the game goes ahead and Taylor is back and I’ll be buzzing again. Come on gas, tough one but together we can do it!! UTG I thought it was a cracking night of BBC TV. Probably the best episode of Winterwatch in years. Fascinating stuff about owls

Just realised that Christiano Martin scored more goals in injury time today than the swamp dwellers have had shots on target in the last 180 mins. 😂🏴☠️

I may have missed this but what is the plan with regard to using the South Stand. Division between season tickets/available on the day and away fans? Anyone seen any information on this? Pretty sure once it’s finally up & running, it will be depend on the potential size of the away following’s, I would imagine clubs like Derby & Reading would get 2-3 blocks, but clubs with smaller following’s probably less, meaning more seats available for home pay on the day. Shouldn’t be much of a problem to move the segregation netting around to suit & have a line of stewards where necessary. I assume that season tickets will only be available in the first block or two towards the south west corner

I see the Radio Bristol sources haven't improved much then unless the Daily Record have got it wrong. Apparently Wayne Carlisle was soon to be named number2

View AttachmentSaw this photo of Fulhams stadium I think something similiar along our east side could be good. How would we even start to build a river! I wonder if Lansdown has a plan for when the swamp finally floods down there. Hell need a decent water polo team in 50 years time

I dont usually take much notice of the prices of one off game stand tickets but was shocked when I did. £36 to sit down to watch Third Division football!!! When the hell did this happen. Does anyone have any idea how the prices will be adjusted when the South Stand opens?

Were we 3-0 and then 4-1 up against Colchester and lost 5-4 in the f**k up season? Or have I just made that up? Yea you’ve got that wrong. We were 3-1 up then 4-3 down then 4-4 before losing 5-4. Didn't we miss a penalty that would have put us fairly late in the game. And didn't Mauge break his leg. Always felt that was the pivotal game that season

There's not exactly much competition from English coaches, so that helps

Holloway has had discussions with the club recently with regard to a helping out role a few days a week. Similar to Kevin Bond or Lennie I suppose. The stumbling block apparently was the club thought he'd be happy to do it on a voluntary basis 😂 Only at the Gas As if Holloway would do it for nothing 🤗😂😂😂😂💙 It sounds like he was thinking about it but his "advisor" put the block on it
