That David Bright twitter post certainly alludes that Tom G is working on other plans. The FM maybe.
Please Gas. Let's not F up another chance to have a modern stadium.

Not sure what I want from this one. If FGR continue their recent form it'll just allow more teams into the mix. If they go on a winning streak, Swindon and ourselves would drop 3 points but Mansfield 6 As long as we beat FGR and win as many as our other games possible then I am happy.

Seen that Wael was at the Tottenham game on Sunday, which is strange as he is a Chelsea supporter, getting inspiration for the FM maybe

Had my ticket but sadly missed the game today. Great win and finally a weeks break for this team. We’ve won some ugly games recently which is exactly what we’ve needed to do. We’ve played Tuesday/Saturday for something like 6 weeks whilst carrying injuries so to win again today is pretty impressive. I think FGR & Exeter will have the top 2 spots but 3rd is up for grabs amongst all teams. Biggest threat has to be Vale IMO Massive game on Tuesday with Exeter going to Vale. A Vale win would make it even more condensed at the top. Think I would prefer that drew. Exeter still one result away and Port Vale not up our ass so much with a game in hand.

Elliott Anderson has been so good lately, I think a lot of teams will rightly try to double up on him. What we need is big performances also from the likes of Evans, Finley, Collins the others that I would call match winners for us. If those guys can make themselves real threats then we could pull the top teams apart. This Saturday, every players needs to be on their game and want it more than them. Utg Exactly this. Colchester tried it first half Tuesday night, doubled up and stopped him getting on that right foot after cutting in. Said to my mate, yeh that’s sound, but look whose waiting for the lay off, Evans, Finley & at worst Coutts if wanted to switch it. The numbers of total ‘ballers’ we have in this side is unreal. Doubling up on E Anderson will free up the others, they need to get in the positions and demand the ball like we see Elliot doing. They are definitely good enough to dominate games themselves, hopefully they are all on fire on Saturday. Its scary that Nicholson hasn't been in side the last 2 games either.

A game that we must win to break top 3 or at worst draw... if we go there, don't be afraid to play on the front foot then i don't see why we couldn't get 3 points.

Very happy with the win last night. Colchester sat quite deep throughout, clearly looking for the counter attack. Took a bit of Anderson magic, but on the whole we were much the better side. Their number 12 looked tidy but apart from him they lacked threat. A clean sheet is going to do the defenders and Belshaw no harm.
On a seperate note, the crowd seemed a bit nervous last night and not so loud as usual. I think we really got to do our bit, with alot more singing!

Anderson, son, son son He's our midfield magician. Anderson, son, son, son He's better than Harrison. To the left, to the right, he'll make your defense look sh!te... And he loves playing for Gas!!!!
Buzzing!!

Their manager talks some sh**e. Thinks they should have won and said with some decent recruitment in the summer they will come to bigger better places than Bristol Rovers and nail them www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p0bv236cApart from opening 20, they were hopless.

I am going to back us.

Got to just keep believing in this group now... the team are looking solid together and almost unplayable when we are on the front foot.
Tuesday will be really interesting evening with Swindon playing Sutton, Vale host Mansfield.
Got to do the business ourselves at home, I can't wait already.

Did seem strange to have Coutts and Finley on the bench. Coutts performance have been picking up lately and Whelan coming off the bench has been working well. Finley must start every game for me.
Hoping for same side we put out against Stevenage, to start on Tuesday.

We looked tired today, really struggled to get going. But still we are holding our own against the top side and are at least battling.
Can't win them all, we can afford to drop some points.
Big response on Tuesday night hopefully.

FGR are bottling it as per but they have enough in the tank to get promoted - unfortunately. Really think we need to go up this year, a couple of clubs in the conference with loads of money which will just pump more and more into it. Weren't that impressed with us today - Exeter looked ok but nothing great. Loft was utterly useless, really can't see why we signed him Think it was well contested game. Exeter are clearly not a bad side, right end of the table and also in form. We didn't play some of quick passing style we have seen since the new year, but we were playing a side that didn't allow it. I am also not convinced by Loft at this point, seems to struggle to get the ball down if under any pressure. I thought a more experienced Leon Clarke may have been better option. Go again on Tuesday. 3 point a must.

79 points got 3rd spot last year.
We need 32 from a possible 45.
Big ask, but let's keep going.
Believing in this team right now.
