IF he stays fit COULD be a huge asset, but massive questions over his injury history and has been known to have attitude problems. The jury is out for me. I agree. One of the things that the club review must be how to improve player fitness and resistance to injuries. It's an area we've been so weak in for far too long.

1. At any stage last season was the club under any FFP/SCMP restrictions?
2. What legal advice did the club receive to cause them to shut down the Official Forum?
3. Has the club been unable or simply unwilling to refute the rumours about 'player misconduct' during this past season?
Whilst I don't want to sound cynical, you might as well have titled the thread 'what questions will the board never give a straight answer to...'

I post a picture of Rebecca Linares and nothing? Nothing compared to some of the stuff I saw working in nightclubs...

As much as I dislike Steve Evans, he's transformed his team and this game at half-time. Also I've not seen the attendance yet but Wembley looks pretty empty...

That's better. It was the missus idea. I told her i was getting worked up and she said 'youre getting worked up posting on a message board about posting on message boards. Just post some tits on there you twat and it will all be fine' god bless her She's clearly a sensible lady. Having multiple forums is no different really to having multiple stands at the Mem. Some people like terracing, others like seats. Some like to sing, others like to be behind the benches. I (and probably 99% of fans) have my favourite spot and hate it if for whatever reason I have to go somewhere else, and forums are exactly the same - people go where they are comfortable. Lots have come here, and I think that's good!

the champions league final was pretty good.... havent enjoyed watching a game for ages.... good advert for spanish football, because i thought they'd all be falling over and rolling around like they'd been shot.... but surprisingly it was realy fair and well contested.... I thought so too, and it also showed how good players and good tactics make the game look really easy to play and enjoyable to watch

Having just watched the highlights of the Championship play-off final and the Champions League final in it's entirety, I was just wondering if the players ever get together and watch the big matches like these and (along with the coaching staff) analyse the skills and tactics on show?

Just wish we could sign at least one player soon to give us all something to argue over! I just wish we'd sign enough asap to give us a starting XI!

Incidentally the club have tweeted that the article on bdonline.co.uk is wrong. I've read it and it seems quite confident (talks directly about the Secretary Of State for Culture confirming EH's ruling), so it's unusual for there to be dis/mis-information about Rovers that isn't coming out of the club itself! Seems very odd - as you say, definitely looks legit! The cynic in me thinks that perhaps the BoD know that this is the only thing standing in the way of actually getting on with the build... and aren't keen to get on with the build! Whilst I agree with your theory, I'm sure Government departments publish when they're ready - and it doesn't seem to be anwhere else online just yet. My money is still on a slower build (approx 18 months, the original length), starting Dec 2014...

I thought I read somewhere that its possible to move in mid season in the conference? The rules are the same in the Conference/League - you need to apply for permission and it won't be given if it creates an unfair advantage either for the team moving, or for 'some' of their 23 opponents. The rule is designed to allow clubs in financial difficulties to fulfil their fixtures (by ground-sharing somewhere), not for clubs to move into a shiny new ground, so I don't see how/why we'd be allowed to.

So - does this mean that it's finally time for Sainsbury's to show us the colour of their money? In theory, yes. In practice...depends on the contracts, how much they actually want the site and how much we actually want to start the UWE this summer. And let's not forget, we keep getting this 62-week build figure. Now, the first matches of 2015/16 will probably be the weekend of 8th August. Say a minumum of two weeks for the 'warm-up'/practice events (and reality, probably longer). Which means construction should have started last saturday (unless '62' included the ground-clearance work already done, but I doubt that). If they are still planning to move in in 15/16 they are cutting it very, very close...
