Feel sorry for Bournemouth. If Aston Villa hadn't benefitted from the VAR howler in the first game of the restarted season against Sheff Utd, then Bournemouth would have stayed up on goal difference and Villa would have been relegated.

Very odd story with the suspected Tory MP rapist, seems like it has been covered up for a month by rees-mogg and another, and the MP hasn't been suspended. Reminiscent of the disgusting Jimmy Saville situation that was hushed for years, and probably Prince Andrew. It shows how corrupted the establishment is. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-53630497Where exactly does it say that JRM has covered it up? The last paragraph of your link clearly states that he advised the claimant to contact the police. That is not covering it up. Whether or not there were internal questions being raised within the Tory party is not something that is likely to be disclosed. Also, if the claimant has gone to the police then what should the Tory party do until the police have decided whether there is a case to answer? They are hardly going to release names and suspend someone until the police have made a decision.
The only point you seem to have a case to moan about is that the Tory party have not suspended the MP now that he has been formally arrested on suspicion of rape. For what its worth I think he should have been suspended.

Yep, apparently I've won an iPhone. Clear your internet history and cookies. It will soon leave you alone. Tried that but still getting it. I wanted to look up new outfits for me and my canine friends so I typed Doggy Style into my browser and ever since I've been bombarded with absolute filth

It’s something that needs to be talked about for sure. I’m staggered that I’ve just been reading a forum where some posters are talking manically about how they are trying to conceive their 2nd or 3rd children during the pandemic because they just HAVE TO. Never mind questions about how they will care for that child in the midst of the biggest economic crisis we will ever have experienced. These might even be the same people who are telling everyone else that we shouldn’t be eating meat because of the effect on the environment 🙄 Humans are inherently selfish though and will have as many kids as they like so a levelling off of the number of people on the planet at any one time is not something that will ever be able to be fully realised unless nature can find a way to make it happen. Soylent Green set in 2022.....😱🤮 That might work. Not Charlton Heston's finest film tho. Maybe we could employ the population control method used in Logan's Run. Something has to give eventually.

I will tell them tonight, we are meeting up as they are investing in a new business start up. I will tell two experienced retired police officers of your comments on their opinions. I won't take it for granted but I am pretty sure they will laugh off your opinion which has no basis in their ACTUAL experience. So based on your posts on many threads what evidence will they bring or do you just believe them, because you know they won't ever lie will they, genuine question by the way Blimey Inee, couldn't you get to sleep last night? Good to see you are still posting tho.

As I`ve said in posts` passim, my ex son in law was a copper. I spent probably a decade listening to his and his friends dehumanised conversations, and I wouldn`t have been remotely surprised if one of them had been caught taking that photograph. But, motivated by racism? That would have surprised me. If those two dead girls had been white, I don`t think it would have made any difference. The difference, is that it would have gone unreported Precisely, there would be no mileage in the headline so it goes unreported.

Why do you think work place pensions are now mandatory? Because there will be no money for a livable state pension in the near future. Add to this a rapidly declining birth rate and longer life expectancy. First I've heard of my State Pension disappearing. In fact, I topped mine up not so long ago. State pension isn't ending any time soon although I suspect State pension age will continue to rise in increments. There has to come a point, however, when it can't go on but something else will take its place even if that means compulsory euthanasia. There are too many people on the planet. You only have to look at the World population figures over the past 200 years to see how humans are spreading faster than coronavirus. There were one billion people in 1800, now there are 7.8 billion. The planet will eventually give up. We aren't meant to be kept alive to 100+ years old and something will eventually give. Either nature will find a way of introducing a disease that will significantly cull the population. Or famine and drought will cause a significant reduction in population. Or wars will break out over the remaining scarce resources like water. Or elderly people will die off in ever increasing numbers as there will be nobody or no resources to look after them. Population control is not something that any Govt will tackle directly (except for the Chinese experiment of only one child a few years ago) but we can't keep expanding the World population. Take England for example. What happens in 100 years time when there is no more land to build houses on? And we keep concreting over everything so there is nowhere for rain to go, hence more flooding. Ultimately something will happen as the World population has to decrease somehow. It always amazes me how these pressure groups keep ranting on about global warming and saving the environment without ever addressing the elephant in the room of there being too many humans.

1. The Count. 2. Swedish Chef. 3. Cook who made cakes and always fell down stairs with trays of the things. For anybody who hasn't met Oldie and myself, we're the 2 guys up in the balcony who continually bicker and complain about everything under the sun. Never understood that Mr Snuffleupagus thing. Waldorf & Statler, they were class! Oldie & Jung 😂 They were my favourite muppet characters but I think people are getting Sesame Street and The Muppets mixed up. Swedish Chef, Waldorf and Statler are from the Muppets whereas the Count, Cookie Monster and Oscar the Grouch are from Sesame Street.
Anyway, I thought Waldorf and Statler got on with each other so not sure we can wholly equate to Oldie and Jung

It's great to have you here, keeps you off of the streets as well so everyone wins. Don't be so judgemental. I may live in a trashcan for all you know. Ha. My favourites were the Cookie monster (coooookkkie) and the Count (one hundred ha ha ha, two hundred ......). Happy younger days.

Not sure I understand what you are getting at. Scrappydoo somehow managed to break his derailers etc and the repair bill was over £50. I was happy to pay because he needed the bike - it was a necessity for him as his moped is knackered and he had to get to work. If there was a £50 voucher available I would have taken it. I don't understand what's wrong with that. Exactly. Free money right? I sense we aren't going to agree on this.

I had repairs done to Scrappydoo's bike and one of my bikes a few weeks ago so I've missed out on the vouchers. Oh well. Would I apply if I decide I need repairs to one of my other bikes? Darn right I will. You can claim Mystery Mobile repair kits you know? Not sure I understand what you are getting at.
