Korede Adedoyin released by Everton. Does a lot of falling over in that first video, he might get £250 if he sends it to You’ve Been Framed.

Kieran Phillips another released by Everton. Has had a few injuries in the past, but on his day can be a clinical goalscorer. Joined the Huddersfield development side on a loan deal this season and if he hasn't agreed a permanent deal already with them, could be a good one for us. That would be fun ...we could have a front two of Kieran Phillips and Kieran Phillips...then if someone comes in to buy one we could send them the wrong one!!

Not doubting he’s worth a look based on your previous meticulous research, just that I don’t think he or his agent have front loaded the good stuff on his highlights reel... if you don’t know him you might just switch off after the first four minutes and say he’s not for us.

We got no money according to knowall so it would save money to have 2 players with the same name, nightmare for keith commentating 😂

George Thomas released by Leicester City. Kieran Sadlier released by Doncaster after failing to agree a new deal. Surely Championship bound, but in case that doesn't transpire, would be one hell of a signing for a L1 side. Was a thorn in our side in our meetings with them this season.

Probably unlikely, but just what we could do with in midfield. Quality player. Had good start to this season at Shamrock before it got halted scoring 4 goals and is reportedly out of contract at the end of this year. Been linked with Swindon, another one I wouldn't mind seeing replace Sercombe. Good clips of Byrne here.

Some of the better realistic players that I've noticed have been released are...
Callum Gribbin (Sheffield Utd), Diallang Jaiyesimi (Norwich), Jordan Rossiter (Rangers), Jason Lokilo (Crystal Palace), Kian Flanagan (Crystal Palace) Rushian Hepburn-Murphy (Aston Villa), Henri Ogunby (Burnley), Ben Heneghan (Sheffield United), Morgan Feeney (Everton), Korede Adedoyin (Everton), Kieran Phillips (Everton), Callum Camps (Rochdale), Ian Henderson (Rochdale), Fraser Preston (Sheffield Wednesday), George Thomas (Leicester City), Aidan Barlow (Man Utd), Josh Grant (Chelsea).

Not even joking when I say that on his day Gribbin was one of the most naturally gifted players I've watched at youth team level. Released by Sheffield United.

A couple of rumours on social media (yes I know) that we are in for Jack Baldwin, the ex Posh and Sunderland CB. I guess he would add a a fair amount of experience to the back line following the departure of Craig but all rumours again!

The 6ft 5in CB would be a decent option if we are looking to add in that area. Not experienced, but I like what I have seen of 6ft 3in released Everton U23 captain Morgan Feeney in that position too. He has also captained England at youth level and has lots of potential.

Pirate, have you seen much of kabongo tshimanga, striker at Boreham Wood? 22 years old, I've only seen videos but looks small, direct and strong, bit like Barry hayles was for us or that goal machine for Peterborough in the recent past-Aaron McLean.. Might be a decent option to compete with daly to partner JCH. What are your thoughts on him?

Saw a bit more at him at Oxford City and he looked decent for the level. He's obviously stepped up another level and continued to score goals. I would need to watch more of him to make any firm judgements, but the comparison to a McLean in style seems accurate. Whether he could score as many goals in the football league as someone like McLean remains to be seen, but he was also quite prolific in his MK Dons youth days and was highly-rated by Karl Robinson at the time, so has a bit of pedigree and a decent education in the game. Can see a club taking a punt on him this summer.

Not sure if he's been mentioned, but I wouldn't mind us signing Morton on loan from West Bromwich. He looked dangerous on loan at Northampton, chased everything, scored goals and was even making tackles in his own half. If West Bromwich go up, they will probably want to loan him out again. Expect Northampton will be after him again, but hopefully we would have a chance, especially with Garner's West Bromwich previous connections.
Scored 5 goals in February and won the player of the month award. Then scored 3 goals in the play offs. Has said he wants to continue his development and score goals, even if that means another loan move away. 1 year left at West Bromwich and he is currently negotiating a new deal. Doubt he would consider a permanent move away, but you never know if he wants to kick start his career and get some stability. Certainly worth a cheeky bid, if West Bromwich go up. Daly choose to come and try and break through, when he could have stayed at Palace.

I really like the lad Ryan Cassidy at Watford and if we could get him on loan I reckon he would score goals for us. Outstanding prospect. If we are targeting a loan deal, Ryan Cassidy would be one striker I would go for.

If we are after a left back the released Watford player Lewis Gordon could be a decent option.

I suggested the same in the play off thread, BG must still have contacts at WBA so he must be worth a call, as I doubt WBA will want him to return to Northampton next season.
