This lad scored a hat-trick yesterday and might be worth keeping an eye on.
Anointed Chukwu, 20-year-old, 6ft 3in, striker, Grays Athletic.
18 goals from 17 apps with Salford U21s during 18/19, 7 goals in 15 apps on loan in Northern Premier League North West with Widnes FC and also got 3 in 7 on loan to Ramsbottom United who play in the same division.
Previously played for Crystal Palace at under 16 level and was scouted by several Premier Division clubs before moving to Salford.
Scored a hat-trick in semi final and goal in final to help Manchester FA u18 side win the F.A. County Youth Cup and scored in trial game for Man City u18s.

18-year-old Archie Vincent at Met Police certainly one to monitor for the development squad. Making appearances for the 1st team in the Southern League and impressed in the youths for both Met Police and Whyteleafe.
Other players to catch the eye so far this season are Lewis Beale (Wimborne), Conor Tee (South Shields), George Quantrell (Leiston), Louis Baker (Nuneaton), Nathaniel Orafu (Waltham Abbey), Theophilus Ofori (Barnstaple Town/Edgware Town), Temi Babalola (Concord Rangers), Harvey Rew (Gosport Borough) and Carlito Williams (Enfield Borough).

Back at Newham Athletic now and scored 3 goals in 3 games. Only 19-year-old. 28 goals in 29 starts for club in total during career with them. Got to be worth a trial even if nothing comes of it. 11 goals in 6 games now for youngster Kone after a double tonight and 4 goal haul in previous game. Get him in for a closer look, what harm could it do? If he's good enough to trial for Premier League club Brentford, he's good enough to trial for us! |
