Looking forward to watching Kidderminster Harriers vs West Ham in the FA Cup next weekend and there are at least 3 players in the Kiddy side that should be playing in the football league IMHO. The ball playing centre half Geraldo Bajrami, versatile attacking midfielder Sam Austin and left back Caleb Richards.

Hudson has been praising Lawrence’s performances at centre-half in recent weeks and McMillan has revealed that Premier League clubs Southampton and Tottenham Hotspur and Championship outfit AFC Bournemouth are keen on the product that has come out of Hudson’s Kinetic Academy.

“I think Nico’s a very exciting talent.  He scored the first goal the other day. He’s got four clubs, including two Premiership clubs after him so it’s quite an exciting prospect for him,” said McMillan.

“He’s not under contract because he’s come through so quickly actually. It’s not really about the money with these lads.  We’ve said to our lads if a Football League or a Premiership club comes in for them we won’t hold them back regardless of where we are in our league.  We would never, never hold back a player who could fulfil this dream.

“Harry’s been contacted by a few clubs.  Nico came through the Kinetic Academy and he’s just been learning his trade with us and in the last three months he’s just blossomed.  I think he was absolutely outstanding against Sheppey on Tuesday.  I think he bossed the defence, he scored a good goal and they never looked like getting past him.”

Glebe has seen a conveyor belt of talent being snapped up by Premier League clubs in recent years, the most famous being Arsenal’s Emile Smith Rowe.

Ward has a similar goals to game record as Harry Cornick had in the same league at the same age. 16 goals from midfield at the age of 18.

With Barton saying last week "we’ve got some development stuff going on there again to try and bridge the pathways back" it is a good opportunity to trial a few promising lads from non-league with the potential to play higher.

Try and find the next Nigel Martyn, Nathan Ellington, Gary Penrice or Paul Randall etc.

Big potential in the 22-year-old winger Ephron Mason-Clark at Barnet. If he can keep improving and add a few more goals to his game then he can play championship level minimumin in the future.

20-year-old winger Lewis Whitham has caught my eye for a while now and last night scored 2 for Liversedge against a fairly strong Halifax Town side in the County Cup in a MOTM performance from him. Looks a player worth scouting or bringing in for a trial. 14 goals and numerous assists in 30 appearances (Stocksbridge Park Steels, AFC Emley and Liversedge) so far this this season.
