23 year old midfielder Caolan Boyd-Munce worth a look at Pirate? Released by Middlesbrough recently to find more game time, Coburn knows him and his abilities. Wanted by clubs in the Championship and League One. I wouldn't read too much into those reports as it looks like agent talk to me, but with the transfer window now shut, it can't hurt to have a closer look at this type of player and invite him into training. Obviously for any contract to be handed out he would have to be good enough to push the first team or be better than what we've got, but can't hurt to take a closer look for assessment as midfield is an area we could do with someone IMHO.

farmygas 17-year-old Harry Lucas helped Bristol Manor Farm win the Western Counties Floodlight Youth League last season and was promoted to the first team, where he has made 23 appearances this season, mostly as a right back*. Impressive numbers for a youngster, you seen much of him? Edit: *or centre half

With the shortage of midfielders and lack of a ball winner in midfield, approaching the experienced 33-year-old Dale Stephens is worth considering to see if he would be interested.

A few potential freebies (realistic) for the summer:
Scott Malone - Millwall - Left Back Mason Bennett - Millwall - Left Winger Daniel Jebbison - Sheffield Utd - Centre Forward Shaun Hutchinson - Millwall - Centre Back Jake Livermore - West Brom - Central Midfielder Kyle Bartley - West Brom - Centre Back George Cox - Fortuna Sittard - Left Back Jack Colback - Nottingham Forest - Defensive Midfielder

After a bit of digging it appears we picked him up as an u11 from the North Somerset Regional Talent Centre and then was released at U16, as you say. Mistakes can be made or players simply improve beyond recognition, so hopefully we are keeping an eye on his development and making sure he's not one that fell through the net so to speak. Ashley Barnes was released from Rovers as a youngster and then played first team football for Paulton Rovers as a 16-year-old, before Ollie snapped him up for Plymouth and the rest is history.

The 20-year-old 6ft 4in centre back Harry Williams at Alvechurch is a lad worth monitoring. Previously with West Brom and Burnley, he has also represented England at youth level. Worth a trial this lad.

Will be interesting to see how his 18-year-old teammate Nathan Odokonyero develops at Bognor too. Started his career at Chelsea as an U9 before moving to Brighton as an U13 in 2015. Scored a 18 goals in 16 games for their U16s in 18-19, before joining Lincoln City. Last season he scored 14 goals for the u18s but was released at the end of the season. One to monitor for the development squad perhaps. Wouldn't be surprised if Nathan Odokonyero has caught the eye of higher level clubs. A bit raw and rough around the edges, but 23 goals so far this season in all comps. 28 goals in 34 games now after a double today. I wonder if we've had him watched? đ

Do you know much about Ryan Finnigan pirate ? Crewe fans impressed already saying he is far too good for L2. Im surprised we dont have players from Southampton given they are reasonably close and tend to have players from this region

Forget the Belly Bits, but the post in almost certain words seem to think Luke Thomas is nailed on for next season. I thought he was enjoying his time at barnsley.

I'm the same as you, surprised we've not picked up more players from Southampton considering how good their production line has been over the years and having players from this region, as you say. Talking of Crewe, they have a promising player on their books called Zac Williams. Can play left back, centre half or even as a holding midfielder. Saw him playing for Wales at youth level and stood out. Unfortunately for him he's likely to miss the majority of the rest of the season with a hamstring injury.

Been hugely impressed with Paul Smyth recently, but as with Vigouroux at Orient, could he be tempted here if/when they get promoted?

Reading on Twitter Walsall struggling to get trio of Jacob Maddox, Liam Kinsella & Manny Monthe all to sign new deals amid League One interest. All three would improve us IMO.

Heard good things about this 16-year-old at Tivvy and might be worth a look for our U18s.

This below in quotation was what I posted about Southend United defender Kacper Lopata back in the January window thread.
Lopata is now free to leave the club following the National Leagueâs decision to allow Lopata to cancel his contract at Roots Hall due to a âserious breachâ which saw the defender having to wait an extra 28 days for his January wages. What an opportunity to sign a very talented defender with big potential for nothing and someone who knows our area very well indeed.

Can we afford them my friend ? I canât help but wonder how much has already been spent on crocks and loans, that have played little to no part in our squad, let alone team. Going by the little you get out of Fleetwood, their owner said they were slowly recovering from the spending. I have no idea but canât help but wonder how much we can afford and when i say we, i mean Wael. Looking in from the outside, it does seem that we may have spent a fair bit and Westbrooke probably the biggest of that spend.
