I'll ask about him in Georgia next week. I'm wondering what the situation is with him, because he's obviously far too good for that level. Can only think he must have/had a good job or something away from football.
Good pedigree having played in Georgian top flight and represented Georgia at U17, U19 and U21 international level, scoring against the likes of Montenegro in a friendly and featuring on the wing vs Spain in a 1-1 draw in a u19 Euro qualification game. Attachment Deleted |

I think we could do with one more full back, a commanding centre half, a versatile midfielder, two footed winger & strong CF.

Fletcher Holman a 19-year-old forward at Eastbourne Borough has caught the eye and worth scouting if we have any scouts left. Can play LW/RW/CF and has scored 5 goals in 8 starts (5 sub apps) in National League South and also helped himself to 5 goals in one game in the Sussex Senior Cup, with records showing only two previous Eastbourne Borough players in history have scored 5 in a single game. Last season he scored 25 goals in 17 games for their U18s in the National League U19 Alliance and went out on loan to Eastbourne Town for first team experience where he scored 18 goals in 26 starts and was named the club Young Player of the Year and Supporters Player of the Year. Represented Sussex U18 side in the Boys National Final of the U18 County Cup during 22/23.

Club should scout or trial a 19-year-old forward 60 odd miles down the road at Southern League Division One South side Willand Rovers. Ollie Bray is well over 6ft (about 6ft3 or 6ft 4in maybe), has two good feet, is really quick, can play wide on either side or as a centre forward. Recently trialled at both Manchester United and Swansea and got a decent assist during time at United vs Fulham U21.  Looking forward to watching this lad develop. Good 6ft 3in/4in frame and physical attributes with the technical ability to match. A big step up, but he's got a chance. Well done jhedges0706 😉 👍🏻 |

Mazeed Ogungbo at Barrow and Matty Foulds at Harrogate others to catch the eye in League Two. Also, Zac Williams is excellent at Crewe, although he has mostly been playing as a centre half this season, however he did look good as a left back in League One previously. LB would probably be an area I'd look to add with a loan and plan ahead for a more permanent option in the summer where there will be numerous options out of contract. |

Alex Thór Hauksson is also out-of-contract on December 31st. A 23-year-old defensive midfielder who has represented Iceland at U16, U17, U19, U21 and full international level.  3 good players in the League of Ireland now out-of-contract. Neil Farrugia (Shamrock Rovers), Adam Murphy (St Pats) and left footed CB Nanjo Pinjaker (Sligo Rovers). Also out-of-contract soon on the 31st January is an excellent CDM/CM/CAM player in the Japanese second tier J-League 2 called Rei Hirakawa. (Roasso Kumamoto). The same day in the South Korean K-League 2, a left footed CB Kim Tae-Hyeon (Vegalta Sendai/Ulsan Hyundai) and RB/RWB Jun Choi (Busan IPark) are also out-of-contract. A 30th December 2022 Korean Times report stated: "Homegrown K-League players earned 231 million won on average" - which is about £1,400 per week.
 
Rei Hirakawa, 23-year-old, 5ft 9in, Attacking Midfielder, Roasso Kumamoto. Captain of his club side in the Japanese 2nd tier J League 2, he has represented Japan at youth international level. Looking at his data from 22/23 and he shows up well in most departments, with an excellent almost 80% dribble success rate against opposing CBs and providing 8 goals and 9 assists in 41 appearances for the season. Looks a gem. Contract ends Jan 31st 2024 according to transfermarkt.   Jun Choi, 24-year-old, 5ft 8in, Right Back/Wing Back, Busan IPark. Currently playing in the South Korean 2nd tier K-League 2, he has represented South Korea at youth level and is part of the current Olympic squad. Can also provide cover at left back if needed. I believe he is out-of-contract, but I'm not 100% sure.
Kim Tae-Hyeon, 23-year-old, 6ft 2in, Centre Back, Vegalta Sendai (on loan from Ulsan Hyundai). Left footed CB currently playing on loan in the South Korean K-League 2, he has represented South Korea at various age groups at youth international level and is part of the current South Korea Olympic squad. If my info is correct Kim Tae-Hyeon is currently on about £700 per week.
