What's happened to our pen taking? We went ages putting them away without fail and now they always seem to be saved. It joined the other lot for 300k! Get Sir Ricky out of retirement and bring him on for penalties. |

I don’t understand why Telford didn’t come on for Bodin?  That could have cost us now billy is off Nichols helps us keep the 4-3-3 formation, to be fair to him bar the pen miss he's looked sharp since he came on. That's a strange assessment, he was on the pitch for 8 minutes and managed to miss a penalty. DC is persisting with him because he so wants him to do well (which we all do), but Telford is in form. It is as strange as Harrison getting the nod ahead of Gaffney for so long this season. Nichols and Harrison may be "playing well", but we need goals from the guys up top, I'd have Gaffney and Telford starting every time at the moment, Harrison and Nichols would get their 20-30 minutes from the bench and grab something at some point in stretched games / against tired defenders / as we commit men forward. |
