Really hope Tom does well today but dom must be itching to get on with his performances off the bench can’t be in question... Telford reminds me of the snake with his movement and finishing and could be a great buy in my opinion if we get the chance... If Tom doesn’t perform today surely it’s time for Telford to start in the top 3?

I would have gone for Telford today. I think Nichols is a good player and goals will come but Telford is unfortunate to not be starting today.
Maybe the formation used puts Nichols ahead of Telford as Telford is better down the middle where Gaffney will be today. Nichols is better coming in from wide. I would hope that is the reason, otherwise if Telford is good out wide too then I think Telford should be starting today.
But as I am not picking the side, I trust DC and I hope Nichols gets a goal today or more!

I think both are good players.I can understand why DC goes with Nics tho as he is our player that needs a goal to kick on.But I think a period as a sub will do him well and Telford is a cracking player to me.
If we do well this season - eg :Play offs then they will both be scoring goals.

Nichols has done no more than Telford so far today.

Nichols hasn't got enough fight in him , Ellis was running across Nichols to chase the ball down today and win it whilst Nichols was jogging around with his head in the clouds. Tom looks a tidy footballer with the ball but hasn't scored doesn't chase things down and is too easily knocked off the ball. He's clearly mentally and physically weak in my opinion. Telford is a terrier and fights for everything and if Bodin is out of next game then I'd start him over Nichols.

I didn't think Telford offered anything today, I'd imagine if Nichols had a chance with those opportunities at the end then he may have finally broken the drought.
I'd persist with Nichols.

Nichols was woeful in the second half but on the bright side Moore made his performance look excellent.

I don't get what Moore is about.
Weak, lazy and not prepared to gat stuck in..
Who was it lying in their penalty area when they broke for the goal? Step forward B.M. He didn't gat back on his feet until the celebrations had ended, he did nothing to stop the attack, just lay on the grass like a twat.
Should have moved him on with Montano and got a decent winger in.
He is Krap.

Something you could not deny of old Cristiano who would have ran over hot coals for the shirt.... even if it meant falling face first flat into the burning coals. To be fair, I'd forgotten he even played for us.

I wonder if the fact that Nichols is ours and we paid money for him whilst Telford is a loanee has any relevance. ( I'd pick Telford ahead of Nichols).

What about Nichols' fook up when clean through first half ? That's what cost us today - we had some very very good chances but didn't even test the keeper - we needed Billy The Goal Machine Bodin sadly.

I know you could possibly point at a water poor return ball with Bola that lead to the goal but I thought he did really well. Be disappointed to see him dropped after today.

Broadbent really looks like he has got a winner's instinct and the quality of his play really impressed me ( both in the air and on the deck) I'd like him to get a run of games, especially if he plays to the level of today.

TB also sold Slocombe short with a back pass in the first half that nearly cost us. Last week he gave the ball away in a dangerous poition with the game at 0-0, but he got away with it. I like him, but think he's likely to make one or two very poor desicions with the ball during a game.
