Markczgas, sorry mate after that and three games without goals, your free beer for my birthday celebrations is on hold.We lack quality sadly and our board it seems lack either money or ambition.Season aim now is to simply stay up. Went to a non league game to-day and all these clubs seem to be building new stands and improving their grounds with various grants etc.At Wolves recently we were brill but seems we are going downhill fast. How we can sign players like Nicholls and Luke James says it all.

I would just ask that DC keeps the same side for one game... I would to see some sort of stat of how many players have played with another and they both played I their respective positions.

Stability and routine. Stop the tinkering unless forced. The squad is not experienced enough/strong enough to cope with the changes at this level. Players hoof the ball when they have lost confidence (in themselves and others)...get the ball out of my area of the pitch as quick as possible.
Unlucky to concede early on especially with a slip ,else a clean sheet might have followed.
The team have just over two months to get more consistent (and the manager and coaching staff) Otherwise money will have to be found to bring in a couple of old heads and quality players.

Never mind mate, I've got a bit of man-flu so I wasn't going to come anyway. On the brightside we're still alive at our age lol! The Geoff Dunford thing today brings everything into perspective, we will bounce back I will be there against the Dons next week keep the faith oldboy and happy birthday!

And it seems Harrison out next week due to 5 yellows. (TBC) Kid deserves a rest he works his socks off both helping an inadequate defence and a non functioning midfield he must be shattered If the defence and midfield did their jobs he would be able to concentrate on the job in hand of scoring goals. Tactics.team selection need sorting and quickly before we become embroiled in a relegation dog fight

The fact is we overachieved last year when most of us would have been happy avoid the drop. This season we've been found out we havent replaced Taylor and we cannot continue trying to outscore the opposition without goal scorers. I think the best we can hope for with the present squad is staying out of the relegation zone this season and building for next.

Clarke and his usual crap tactics and formation. Time to say bye bye. Players look completely watered of with his antics and lack of experience. Sadly as said above a one player team, which come Jan we will loose. Then what?? Totally agree order his taxi now Have a word with yourselves.

The lack of investment in the squad in the summer as come back to bite us, I can't understand MS apparently saying they'd got everything they asked for, players wise, was he sucking up to SH or did DC/MS get it wrong in the summer? Neither Lumley or Taylor have been replaced by a similar standard of player and god knows why Monty was never replaced. Bola is no better than Brown etc, etc.

Doesn't have to make last ditch tackles it's covering back helping players who are struggling to do their job being an extra body in danger areas. We're you there today if so tell me how he didn't get a penalty award whend the tackle on him would have not been out of place in a wrestling match How the official s failed to see it beggars belief.as for gaffney unlucky not to score he shot wide of the post that is not unlucky. And don't mentioned nicholls

No threat again without bodin...we will be lucky to stay out of relegation this year...when your loan signings are better than your permanent summer signings your pretty much stuffed in any league... Smith not good enough Nichols nowhere near good enough Sercombe good squad signing Darrell is delusional and way ahead of himself if he really thinks with the players he’s got he can mess with the formations and team selection every week as it gives every team that plays us a massive advantage as each time the players don’t know if their coming or going and most of them are doing above their natural ability to be where they are.... Lockyer will never be dropped and everyone is fed up with that now... Spending money and time to see the same pathetic mistakes happen time and time again costing us points all over the place( how he’s been called up for the welsh team and billy not getting a look in is beyond me). Have a feeling later on dc will be putting it all down to having no money getting frustrated and going to another club and then the players will be speaking their mind on the manager... If dc was at another club and not rag bag us he would be facing spectaculation of the sack, but with us we’re too busy reminiscing in the past to say anything else but “in dc we trust” at the moment it’s more like in dc we rust this seems very harsh, which loan signings are better than our permanent - from what I've seen the loans' form is going downhill. So bola getting man of the match last week/ telford scoring when he’s had some proper time on the pitch and in the development team/ Sweeney scoring is better than Nichols not scoring in all the time he’s played and smith letting in a crazy amount of goals per minutes of play? ?

And there it is in a nutshell living in the past

Bola's helped to cost us goals v Oxford & Shrewsbury, whereas we rarely concede down our left side with Brown in the team, Telford wasted an easy chance last Saturday before Oxford scored, Smith had no chance with today's goal so I'm not sure what point you are making with him.

Daryl Duffy and Jo Kufour were decent players for us and could find the back of the net. They both are superior players compared to Nichols and Gaffney.
