When you sit so deep, something like that is very likely to happen.
DC has to find something in the formation/tactics to help the defence out.

Just cannot get a break. If we attacked we probably would have conceded sooner, we tried to sit back and that also backfired. So scared of conceding we just got deeper and deeper.
Just hope we can turn it around at home like we normally do!

Scunthorpe are a good side, to lose by only one goal away is an improvement on how we've been playing recently. We need to make more use of Menayese and Broadbent.

Imagine playing a team shipping goals for fun and being unable to score. oh Think we got what we deserved parked the bus 2nd half no attacking intent and seemed like we could have snuck a point.need to see the goal tonight but first impression is that perhaps Smith should have committed himself to coming for the ball.back 4 looked reasonably safe midfield defended like terriers gaffney and Harrison worked their socks off wasn't nicholls sort of game.where does Harrison get his energy from he out sinclair ed sinclair in the work he put in and the ground he covered. Not convinced regarding the keeper makes some good saves but not commanding enough for my liking |

Sounds like the players are still behind DC and we’ve defended well. Need to start Mayenese and Broadbent for a few games in a row now. It’s the 2nd time they’ve played together with 1 goal conceded. We’ll pick it up and win our next match. UTG Why keep posting this happy clappy nonsense on here, it's gutting we let in a late goal to lose yet another away game, what we do in our next match isn't really relevant tonight. |

Gutted. That's the danger when you try to keep a game tight, which isn't usually the DC way.
Scunthorpe should of put the game to bed earlier.
However, thought Rollin played very well, would like to see DC start with the same team for the next match, although I do prefer Slocombe to Smith.
