but MK Dons have had 2 players sent off so can't see them winning. Oldham 1-1 Rovers BOOM!

Would have taken 1-1 at 3pm. Stats show we didn't deserve to win though frustrating to be pegged back. If we can get a positive result on Monday this will look a very handy point. UTG!

fair enough but who swore at a forum user? You've never had a throwaway joke backfire on you? Surely it's how a poster reacts to it? The joke was fine, but the wum decided to try and wind you up about it. He's probably still giggling now. Of course I am.It was really funny the day I had to tell the doctor to switch off my mothers life support machine.

Christ what’s happened to this forum ? I came on here to find out our supports reaction to a decent enough away point and find a bunch of bickering schoolgirls.

If I was a neutral I’d certainly be having a bet on Oldham today. 11/8 on Sky Bet is an incredible price I think considering our away form. Hopefully I’m proven wrong, 2-0 Oldham for me. 1-1 for me. I think Boxing day was a building block away from home. Other than winning, a 0-0 was probably the best result for us. I think 11/8 is about right to be honest. Oldham have their best player missing and in general we do far better against the lower teams. No result would surprise me. BOOM!

Has gone downhill big time since the uwe announcement. I tend to stay away now as its just usually the same people whinging and moaning out their arrises or purposely winding other people up for their own enjoyment. Some people really lead sad existences.

Don't want to be over-critical on Smith but he pushed it directly back to Davies. Defenders no chance.
I know Smith isn't popular with a lot of fans but massively unfair to put any blame on him there. That was a terrible terrible penalty - and yet he still scored from it - amazed you're praising/defending Smith here. Thankful for an away draw - feels like a win the way we're playing.

Can't ever remember a keeper getting criticism for saving a penalty in nearly 40 years of watching football. Haven't seen how it was conceded and yet there has been very little said on that. Smith should start comparing notes with Nicholls on what it's like being the current fans scapegoat - seems he can't do anything right. Like you I'm happy with any away points at the moment. Three points Monday please.

Depends what happens on Monday. If we build upon two solid points away from home and beat Portsmouth, It's been a fairly good Christmas period, lose and we find ourselves winless in 5 games and close to the relegation battle.
Encouraging that our defence has become more sturdy and we are not giving away cheap goals. We just need to not concede penalties.
Recruiting well in January could give us that little bit of momentum and consistency needed to go on and have a successful season UTG

Sounds like he had a decent game!!

No big money signing's though.
