I recognise the chap with the glasses. He stands on the East Terrace shouting "get the bugger on the deck Rovers"

Wow ! Where did that performance come from? Didn't we pass it around well? Midfield and defence generally on top. Just couldn't break them down first half.
Great response to being unjustly one down and only 1 winner when it went to 1 - 1. Fantastic, surprising and encouraging.
Think it's good though that there's a 2 week break - hopefully Leads might be available. and that left midfielder might arrive !
Sincs was immense - covered so much ground, kept possession in tight areas really well and was always prompting Rovers forward - so glad he got a goal.

Get in there, thought we played ok first half until Gaffers got the ball who was not on his game, thought we lost our way second half and we were heading for a miserable 1-0 loss. Ellis coming on changed that and with Sercombe we looked a threat and when we equalised there was only going to be one winner, if there was one. So nice to win that, but i would still love to see some wingers to help our fullbacks so they don't have to do two jobs.

I enjoyed the match although why is lines playing to deep ? Broadbent was more attacking. Hope Tom is ok he had a great game. Harrison and Sercombe looked sharp as soon as they came on. Best comment I heard came from a group of blokes who were discussing some shoddy distribution from some of our players. On watching Ollie Clarke take a water break, Clarke sprayed the water into his face ~ the bloke behind me said 'look at that, can't even find his own mouth so what chance as he got finding a team mate with a pass'

My oh my this squad is like jekyl and Hyde. When we play like we did today I feel like we could be playoff contenders but the next game we will play like relegation fodder. I’d have felt hard done by with a draw today.
I think a lot of it is to do with the support. We tend to do well when the crowd is behind the team. Naturally in away games that support is smaller and we seem to struggle even when it’s vocal.
Great elongated goodnight Irene from the Thatchers end as well.
Thought the ref did a decent job today too.

Unbelievable that Lockyer played on after being knocked out when the ball was struck against his head. He was all over the place for a few minutes and could barely stand up. Shocked the ref and lino missed it. I was surprised that DC carried on making the two subs and didn't give Lockyer 5 minutes or so to see how he was. We could have easily been down to 10 men, Tom took a right whack, he was like Bambi on ice for a few minutes after. Big girls blouse. He should try getting a rock hard 1980's Mitre Multiplex smashed at his head😀

Not at our fluent best today but everyone worked their socks off and we tried to play on what is a worryingly poor pitch. Great character to comeback and win, fully deserved. Broadbent was superb before he went off, defended really well and far more comfortable than Sweeney or Lockyer in possession and with his distribution. Can't believe a few on here have already written him off as being League One at best, I think he'll go from strength to strength. Sinclair was excellent too but will probably still get some criticism for not being as creative as Kevin De Bruyne!!!

from the BBC How damaging could this be - mentally - to Bristol City's promotion bid? Villa are rampant now.

Ellis, Bodin and Lockyer? Nichols, Moore and the old bing bong man. Carlsberg don’t do deadline days but if they did....
