We've stopped shipping goals left, right and centre which is great. We've started to pick up points away from home, which again is a positive. Keep winning at home which more often than not we do, and we'll be moving up the league inno time. I really hope so - but think we need to add quality to make sure of that - Bradford, Blackburn, Charlton, Shrews, Wigan and Scunnie all to come at home yet ! I can't see us getting much from that lot unless, like you say, we add some quality to the squad. A big month for the club in the window.

Sounds like Darren Ferguson was happy today.. "It's the clearest penalty you'll see all season, and the goal is a clear foul, and the linesman is laughing at the end of the game about it. I think it's disgusting. "The referees are part-time and the standard is appalling, their fitness levels are a disgrace, I've had enough of it." "What can I do? Shoot them, it would be a good idea," he added. Lol.

Always waits for ref to give decision (especially with throw ins) before putting his flag up in agreement with ref rather than helping the refs. Allow players to take throw ins 15 yards up the pitch from where ball went out. They need to grow some ⚽️‘S and do what it says in there title and start making decisions.

Do you want the refs and linesmen to get the decisions right, or do you want them to get the decisions wrong in our favour?

The officials are just like some of the players we have and we couldn't play without them unfit, bad decision making, can't keep up with play but still get chosen.

This really shouldn’t even be a question to anyone

None of this “it levels itself out over a season” bollox. Luck rarely favours struggling teams.

Within the football league there is more than enough money to have 50 refs. However... even more “disgusting” is the behaviour of most managers this season. Ferguson might have been the worst, although he may have been pipped by Colet. The screaming at the fourth official and getting no punishment. At one point this against his Walsall the ball went to the by line near opositite side and he was appealing for a throw in. There was no appeal from anyone else. A proper ladygarden

Quote from Blackpool Ouch Ownership crisis, Chief Executive leaving crisis, injury crisis - some words are over-used but at the start of 2018 not to describe Blackpool as a crisis club would be a mistake. Every area of the club is in crisis - not least a crisis of confidence in front of goal. Just one shot on goal the whole game (and that was so instantly forgettable that it might have been an over generous analyst who considered it a shot on goal) and if it hadn't been for the excellent Joe Lumley, this would have been another home defeat. Make no mistake, Bristol Rovers are one of those awful League One sides who will probably survive with little talent
but whilst today's Blackpool side hardly oozed class, unless they get some of their better players back soon they may not be so lucky. One win in eleven league games tells it's own story. We will survive because we have a fantastic support and a top manager D.C., yes we have not got the greatest team in the world, but building for the future. Blackpool supporters staying at home, no wonder their club is going down the toilet.

Blackpool went up last season, are going to stay up this season and probably when Oysten sells will begin to stabilise and move up ( hopefully like us )

Blackpool fan told me yesterday that Oysten owns the big hotel outside the ground, with a mortgage secured on the stadium. He also has to repay £10m within a month to the other shareholder, and another £10m within two months.
There is also a potential buyer for the club, but Oysten won't provide figures for a purchase.
Mind you, he also said that we would win because Blackpool haven't had a striker worthy of the name all season.

Didn't tell you how to spell Oyston, then?
