There are a few players you would try to extend their contracts our current side.
There is no way we should let the following players in my opinion ever have less than 1 year remaining.
Lockyer - international footballer
Sercombe - Most influential Midfielder
Harrison - appears to have finally stepped up
Russe - if he is that good clubs will come in for him. Hit prospect?
Menayese - same as above.
Either GK - can't make up my mind who I prefer but we need to back one as being our permanent keeper.
Broadbent - looks bit of a find, not many 6ft+ units about and has improved since day 1.
There maybe a few others. But I would like to think Rovers will learn one day to offer the influential fist 11 players and the hot prospect we have longer contracts, so they have at least 18 months at all times.
