Ridiculous comment. You’re deliberately misrepresenting the situation. The French (asshole Macron) are using Covid as an excuse to stop all lorries travelling to French ports. The people he’s f ucking up are drivers from all over Europe returning home with empty wagons. There is no hold up because papers are being checked as would happen if there was no deal. Many other EU nations aren’t happy, but that asshole has probably got himself into a hole that he can’t climb out of without losing face. This is all about the French asshole trying to bounce the UK into giving in over fishing quotas, because the rest of the EU are probably putting pressure on him to back down. I hope Boris tells him to go and f uck himself. The arrogant, short-arsed frog. Hi Oldgas 🤗 Think you’ll find very shortly that Boris has completely buckled on fish amongst other stuff. Just like I told you he would. Merry Dear Mr. Snowflake. Please publish your definition of completely buckled over fish and other stuff. And please detail what you mean by other stuff. Thank you in anticipation.

I didn’t say you’re closed minded because you don’t read the DM. Read what you want. I said you were closed minded because, having said you never read it, you went on to criticise a DM article! I don’t agree with TG political view, but I still read it to understand the opposite view. Not something you’re apparently interested in. I’ll repeat so there is no misunderstanding. You stated unequivocally you don’t read the DM, then went on to criticise an article to which I had referred! Priceless! I didn’t say you had deleted any posts; I said someone had and as far as I was aware only a Mod could do this. Me thinks Caesar protests too much. Deary me, you’re just making it up as you’re going along. Let’s fact check your post: Claim: “I didn’t say you’re closed minded because you don’t read the DM.” Fact: Gassy - “I don't read the Daily Mail, what person in their right mind actually thinks they're a reputable source of news?“ OldGas - “You’ve just demonstrated your closed, narrow mind in the first sentence!“ Claim: “I said you were closed minded because, having said you never read it” Fact: Gassy - “I don't read the Daily Mail“ (I did not say I have never read it) Claim: “I don’t agree with TG political view, but I still read it to understand the opposite view. Not something you’re apparently interested in.“ Fact: I am always interested to hear the opposite view, provided you don’t make things up. What you were saying TG said is literally a lie you made up, or misunderstood. Claim: “You stated unequivocally you don’t read the DM, then went on to criticise an article to which I had referred! Priceless!” Fact: I didn’t criticise an article, I criticised using the DM as a reputable source of information. I doubt any tabloid, left or right, as a reputable source. If you showed me a Mirror article as proof of your opinion I’d also laugh at it. Claim: “I didn’t say you had deleted any posts; I said someone had and as far as I was aware only a Mod could do this.” Fact: “Never mind, in a few days when these posts are buried in a number of forgotten pages you can go back and delete them.” You’re suggesting I have deleted them or will delete them, don’t back track now. So pretty much your entire post is just incorrect. “Priceless”. Truly, awe-inspiringly pathetic. I never read the DM. What person in their right mind etc etc. So, are you saying you’re not right in the mind? It would appear so, because you appear to be saying you’ve read it in the past! Wowser.

And the insults come out because you’ve been caught out yet again. Again, I didn’t say “I never read the DM”. Can you please stop making things up and lying? How many times do I have to ask you? The only time I read the DM, is if someone has asked me to and I’m interested to read that article. I do not read the DM, nor would I ever use it as a reputable source. I know you’re trying to dig yourself out of the hole you’ve dug, but yet again you’re not really making sense. Keep trying though, it is always a pleasure watching you confuse yourself over and over again. Still waiting on your evidence of the law in which the MHRA approved the Pfizer vaccine. Why did you ignore that post?

Been back through the last few days of the Admin log where it shows who has/hasn’t amended or deleted their posts and no-one has deleted any posts from this thread.
This part of the site is unmoderated and posts will only be removed from the main board if they break forum rules.

Head of the National Farmers' Union Minette Batters says it is "great news" that it looks like the deal will mean tariff and quota free trade between the UK and the EU.
She also welcomes news that the UK will be awarded third country listing (meaning almost all food and plant exports from Great Britain can continue after Brexit).
However she expresses concern about what the trade facilitation costs will be adding that farmers often end up bearing "the huge brunt of the risk".
She says she wants clarity on where those costs will be.

I asked Mr Snowflake to describe how Boris had completely buckled over fishing and other stuff, and to itemise what other stuff is. He's obviously still consulting Mystic Meg, his crystal ball and his Tarot cards for an answer. Come on Mr. Expert, you’ve had plenty to say up to now, why so quiet?

They are happy they can export, but is questioning the cost and who is paying for it?

Oldgas. Just remember a Free Trade Agreement does not mean free from barriers, no matter how good the deal is

Seems to be we’re unofficially extending the transition period then?
Even if we manage to get it though parliament before next week, the EU won’t until next month. And a deal isn’t a deal unless both sides sign it off.
Looks like parts of the deal will come into effect immediately (the things that stay the same) and the rest of it can wait a couple of weeks longer?

She says she wants clarity on where those costs will be. A deal is better than no deal so very much welcome. Of course it's not as good as the deal we had (a comment subject to review of the final detail) I did smile though that under this proposed agreement we have conceded that we will agree to not transport Seed Potatoes to Northern Ireland. What the hell, why not? What have the very excellent seed potatoes from Scotland have that causes this? But, the Sovereignty Ultras are going to have a hissy fit, which will be excellent New Year's entertainment.
