Not his Man But whoever is playing right back should have tracked the runner ! It was Broadbent's error. No question. Think you need to look again at it who tracked the run as he came in from there left ! |

Kelly did ok tonight at LB. He should keep his place for Saturday. Let down with his “experienced” players around him tonight.
We desperately need some reinforcement through the team though. 2 FBs, at least 1 CB and a winger.

It was Broadbent's error. No question. Think you need to look again at it who tracked the run as he came in from there left ! But why wasn't Broadbent picking up the goalscorer in the first place, when he looks like their centre forward? Although typical lack of communication across our back line to leave a player completely unmarked. |

Well if it is then it was his man and he didn't track the runner you can see Broadbent ask the question of him !! As the crosser strikes the ball your son is standing on the penalty spot. When the striker heads the ball into the net he is standing over the penalty spot. Your son ran away from where the ball was going. If he had just stood there he would have been in the right place. As the crosser strikes the ball both the penalty spot and Broadbent are out of shot. |

Wael & the board need to have a sit down with DC and discus what the actual ambition is for us currently, if it's for us to Yo-Yo between the bottom 2 divisions for eternity then we're doing a cracking job!

Completely agree we desperately need a CB & full back but my fear is we'll have to struggle on with what we have. I'm sure DC said in a recent interview that he'd have to move someone out to bring anyone in. Realistically unless we can agree a deal where we pay a minimal percentage of wages I'm not sure where 1 let alone 2 players are going to come from.

Clearly we need an experienced loan centre back for starters.
Only a short time ago DC said he was not keen on loan signings. Not long after that he talked about bringing a couple in.
Now he says we can't bring anyone in without someone going out and then tells us tonight he is having to manage with a smaller squad than he has had before.
I would suggest porkies are being fed to us!
I await his aftermatch ramblings with interest.
Lose Saturday and surely the vote of confidence from the board will not be far away.
