He may be under pressure but fair play to DC for getting off the coach and, unprompted, walking over to my two lads as we passed by and giving us all a fist pump (if that’s what they call it these days!). Forgot to take a bloody picture though! 3-1 win I reckon.

It's beginning to look like a lot of the discussion on here will be put to bed at least until January barring injury. The spine of the side is forming around Bonham ( DC clearly has no confidence in Smith. ) Craig and Lockyer ( CD ) Upson O Clarke ( CM ) Payne ( No 9 ).

Nichols for Bennett the only difference in the team I suggested so happy with that as that was a toss up for me too

Let’s hope Payne and Rodman play well against their former clubs. You could guarantee that if it were the other way around they would play a blinder against us!

Over the years DC always seems to fart around with silly formations then goes back to the basics like with todays formation and results and success follows. The two promotions were built around that. I cant argue with the 442 formation.Thats old school and how I think football should always be played.Two solid banks of four then attack to win. |
