Having watched 101 minutes of so called football on ifollow, i can safely say that was by far the worst performance by a Rovers team in the last 5 years and i include our relegation season to the National league Also watched on Ifollow, completely abject performance. No attacking threat from midfield and zero service. The formation isn't working. Bonham however, looks like a really good keeper, a real positive, even if its the only one

Something seems very very wrong. Lose next Saturday and it'll be that toxic feeling from the Buckle/McGhee days. I sincerely hope not. It's been a poor start no doubt, but we need to get behind DC and the players in the coming weeks. It's the least he deserves after showing loyalty to the club and giving us some amazing memories over the last few years.

What a load of old bollix. The same 18 players will be named in the squad for the next match.

Well the good news is that defensively we seem a lot better than prev seasons and are not shipping goals like first half of last two seasons, today was a case in point as it could have been a right old hammering!look to have solved g/k issue and now have a proper l/b as far as defending goes.every game i have been to or listened to has been the same (Portsmouth excepted)no passion ,spark ,or creativity, no comradely among players, that Ellis, Bodin, and Browner supplied, we are missing that as well as there skills. My own view is that which ever 4 or 5 players are selected twixt the back 4 and the front 1 or 2 are not creating anything for who ever plays up front .Cant really blame strikers for not scoring , its not as if they are missing a shed load of chances , they just aren't getting any to miss(Nicholls is exempted from this exemption as he has had more than enough chances to prove us all wrong). D/C needs to change something soon, Sercs coming back may help as may Parts , even the beard might shake things up! other than that give youth a chance eg Russe. Baghdadi,to name two , DC for your own sake you have to change the dynamics of the team else we will sleep walk to league 2!No i am not calling for his head and wont even if the worst happened , as i believe he has earned the right to a bad year and the chance to recover our status, but after match interviews 'not good enough , dust down etc ,etc and pre match 'good week on training ground and ready to go again' are beginning to be tiresome! cos nothing is changing and it has to soon! come on Gas and Gas eds we are better than this , up the Rovers!

What gets me is I've heard said many times that the players have trained well and it's puzzling why they don't replicate it on match days. Well, maybe it's cos we are training against ourselves. Our strikers don't look so bad cos they are up against our crap defenders and our defenders don't look so bad cos they are up against our crap strikers. Then on match day we come up against decent strikers and decent defenders and suddenly we don't look so good as we did in training.

I said on this forum a month ago the rot started after 2018 January window . From early March to the end of the season we couldn't win a game and cracks were appearing. I reckon we only won 1 game in about the last 11 last season. Then some people said " Last season means nothing judge us on the first 10 of this season". The truth is in our last 20 games we won 2 games which is truly shocking. We sold Billy Bodin and brought in so called big name players who have contributed very little. When Ellis went I told some good mates " We will struggle badly" In fact I would argue the goals Ellis scored keep us up : took the pressure off and hide us in mid table. We all know we sold our best players and most of the replacements haven't worked. So my question is : Can we carry on winning 1 game in every 10 with DC ( even though he is our hero ) ? . Can he motivate the new signings in the next month or so ? . Or is it a case most of the vanarama mob have moved on and we remember D.C for the good old days ?. Your first paragraph is conveniently forgotten by the DC love in. The man has clearly lost the plot and is more of a tinkerman now than he ever was. A change is required asap.

DC has done too many training camps and too much badge getting, he is now getting like every other manager, he needs to trust his own ideas and drop all the bullshit. IMHO

Just on train back. Waste of time.
Who’s was the sh** defensive header leading to their goal? I had a girder in the way
This ain’t gonna be popular but I don’t care, How has Lockyers sh**e distribution not improved one iota in the last 5 years? I literally have no idea how he is getting picked for the wales squad on these performances
Secondly, James Clarke is not good enough for this division. The slowest, most predictable player we have in the team. The aforementioned girder was quicker than Clarke today. This needs changing if we are to ever improve.
Bonham earnt his wages today, fantastic performance but let’s not kid ourselves , Luton deserved to win that comfortably.
This doesn’t feel like a DC team anymore, I’m slowly losing interest

Well I bet Bennett's on a lot more money than we were paying Billy and I would not be surprised if Payne is on more than we were paying Ellis.

Funny how a couple of weeks ago if someone put their OPINIONS on here about dc then you were called a shithead and get back down to trashton gate...now it’s 80% moaning about him... To me it’s very obvious with all the chopping and changing he’s lost the dressing room... I personally felt that it was going that way last year and with the new additions it’s got worse... Their playing like they don’t believe in the managers decisions and older players like lines etc who played in teams with Taylor and bodin know their playing with weak replacements... Payne isn’t the answer...shrews fans were saying how lazy he can be and he’s got a bad attitude...on his first interview when asked what will he bring he said “big tackles” He’s league 2 standard Nichols needs to be sold before he goes on a free or devalues so much we get zero for him... Upson looks completely lost and has no effect on the game Sercombe looks watered off from playing left wing all the time Mensah looks a complete waste of money Craig is a joke to me and another Liam Lawrence singing just collecting his wages...if he was any good there’s enough London teams that would have come in for him when we got him on a free James Clarke is league 2 at best and needs to go Leads doesn’t look the player without billy in front of him... Lockyer needs to go and get the best price for him Smith is a very bad signing and I dread seeing his name on the sheet Lee brown/Rory gaffney must be so much happier now they’ve left and we really miss them to be honest... If this rovers team played the rovers team of 2015 they would take a drumming... We’ll be lucky to get 7000 at games within a month of this performances

The "Conference" spirit seems to have disappeared! It should be the players bearing the brunt of any stick if they aren't performing.
DC should have plenty in the tank! Those looking at the manager need to be careful what they wish for!
