I'll hold my hands up, DC got it right today overall.
I still stand by the assertion that he got it wrong by picking Nichols though. What did he offer today seeing as he didn't score for the umpteenth appearance in succession?
Really pleased for Reilly as we need a striker who can get 10 for the season at least and hopefully this will give him a bit more confidence going forwards.

Hang on, according to the football managers on here, DC is only picking a team to get sacked?
Did he pick it right to get the sack or, did he get it right by winning the game? Because you don't normally get sacked by winning games.

How many are accepting the large slices of humble pie being offered by DC over his team selection today? Me , I am , I will happily eat humble pie all day if we keep winning games , thank god I sell tyres for a living and I’m not a manager of a professional football team eh ! |

Well it would appear our manager might know more than some on here give him credit for. As per normal some absolute nonsense written before a ball is even kicked.
Much better today we looked dangerous going forward which has been missing in previous home games. Needed our keeper at times but overall much more encouraging.

Well we needed that guys didn’t we! I wasn’t there but listening in it sounded like the midfield was key for us. Sincs brings infectious energy and it sounded like him and Ollie C bossed the middle. Bonham is looking an astute loan aswell .

With respect, even a stopped clock is right twice a day and given this is only our 2nd win in 9 you could say he has certainly been picking a team to get sacked prior to today! We don't appear to be out of the woods yet either, sounded like we were lucky not to draw 3-3 thanks to the defending. Winning more games than the defence costs us is going to be the big challenge this season unless he can bring in a decent 6ft+ experienced CB on a free to help out until January. |

the idiot dc has totally lost it with this team why can't he keep to a winning formula it's his head on the block if we loose this one I just can't understand his thinking he must be looking for a way out yrs Ok hold my hand up for the second time this season he's got it right but I still can't understand why he changed the starting line up the big difference on last 2 games is having the beard back long may the beard reign |

Yeah I agree with that comment , very similar to the outrage from most when we signed lumley on loan ! Funny init. Most were pleased when we announced Smith and Slocombe. Now both are pretty much gone. Most were displeased when we signed Lumley and Bonham and well look how they turned out. |

Well chuffed with that. Not the greatest performance by any means, but the energy and effort was much better today.
Sinclair, Bonham, O.Clarke, all brilliant.
Coventry fans were an absolute embarrassment at the end. Grown men arguing with kids!

Nichols was ok today and better than Payne who was useless. |
