2 hours of my life I’m not getting back but unbeaten in a while now with a home game coming up.

Well that was dreadful. Can't believe I wasted a tenner to watch that.. feel for those 198 who now have to spend the night on the motorway. Slow, lethargic, no quality, and it seemed no will to play any football. They were there for the taking, no one has conceded more than Rochdale this season and their keeper was red carded and we played the second half like that.
I suppose at least we didn't lose...

That was absolute dross.
We are a very poor side and struggled against ten men and did not have a clue how to break them down.
They more than matched us and we could not have grumbled if one of our many shaky defensive moments resulted in a goal.
A point yes, but another game where we could not beat another team near the bottom, despite having a one man advantage.

What a lacklustre second half, bloody woeful attacking, midfield movement to find space almost non existent.
Point away but a poor performance imo.

What was lines doing? Playmaker from sweeper position. Surely one of the four defenders can bring it out against one striker and start the build up from midfield . I love linesey but I’m blaming him completely for that second half inept performance. Playing as a striker with that service forget it,

Haven’t heard Reilly or Jakubiak mentioned in a positive way since they came on We need to start them and not force them on in testing circumstances. Payne and Nichols are sub par. We had our chances tonight and didn’t take them, frustrating. What's testing about coming on against 10 men? Jakubiak looked completely lost tonight, personally I'd give Deon Moore game time as we need a big CF not just light weights upfront, so that the likes of Parts & Martin have something to aim their crosses at. Although where have our wingers gone, we had Moore & Monty now just the useless Bennett. On a brighter note that's just the one goal conceded in 3 games with Bonham looking a class act. |

Good to get a clean sheet but that was down to our keeper certainly not our defence who were shakey as hell once again.
We made numerous mistakes whist Rochdale didn’t make any at the back and looked very solid.
If smith or slocombe were still in goal I honestly think we’d be 24th.
He’s been brilliant.

Playing a midfielder on the toes of the two centre backs is far too ********* negative. We are set up to defend and **** ourselves. There are no goals in the team and destined to play at the bottom of the league. Not happy. Utg

I’ll agree they both didn’t look good tonight and never really did much but what I meant was they had a lot of pressure on their shoulders considering we desperately needed a goal, they were down to ten men and the rest of the team was performing poorly. They need to be started against Walsall as they are the only strikers that look half decent apart from Payne on the odd occasion and they haven’t had enough of a chance to show it. Sad to see the fall of Bennett in people estimations. Last season he had all the tricks and flair about him and was scoring goals but has seemed to have dropped of the mark so far. Our other winger Rodman is obviously having issues, hopefully he can come back from those as Shrewsbury fans where genuinely sad to see him leave and we all know he has the ability. |

Weem’ sh** ! Seems we are in real trouble this season, it was always going to catch up with us selling or letting go our best assets in every transfer window ( which can’t be helped ) but it seems the replacements are 2nd rate who don’t have the fighting spirit and skill that the likes of brown , Ellis , gaffers , bodin and Taylor had , hopefully it’s just taking a while for the new lads to bed in, can anyone at this stage honestly say that we’re going to stay up ? On a positive note though it’s another game where we haven’t lost or conceded a goal. I trust in dc and would take relegation with him but all of our hard work over the past few years would be wasted

Got to accentuate the positives!din't lose, clean sheet, 4 unbeaten, win on Sat and 2 points from last two away games will look OK!but we do seem punch less and unimaginative so is it worth giving some one like Baghdadi a go Sat to create width and put some decent crosses into box for strikers, hope fully Reilly and Jacks?

Blimey right miserable bunch of posts.
Got to watch the gas in my front room with the kids (Mrs fell asleep) for a tenner.
Wasn't the greatest performance, but seen much worse. Payne hit bar and Sercombe had a good effort well saved.
Should have won but hey ho we didn't.
Don't get to see many games these days so have to rely on the forum a lot....was only really disappointed by Broadbent. Really impressed with Bonham.
Completely underwhelmed by Reilly and Jakubiak.
3 undefeated. Better feeling than a few weeks ago.
