In fairness to Midland gas we have been in relegation form since the start of the year. It's a results game and our Manager is failing to deliver on that front I am afraid. Ok, but surely he could post about - oh I don’t know, the game?! Maybe the tactics, style of play, player ratings, board issues etc. Every single time it’s about DC should go now. Anyone who seems to support the BoD more than DC needs to have a long hard look at themselves in the mirror. Midland doesn’t watch or support Rovers anymore he’s already told us that.

20men blaming the "decent" at the top but not really saying what he's referring to, although then backed tracked and blamed the players!

We are already down though pretty much./quote] One of the most outrageous things I have ever read on this forum, on October 13th - after 13 games and 1 point behind safety.

Damage was done in the summer with the recruitment. Now we have to watch the consequences every week. Best we can hope for is a nil nil and we’ve had a few but that’s not enough to stay up. You can’t put out a decent team with this squad. January window isn’t going to change anything either as unless I have missed something we’re still skint! It’s going to be a long season! I actually think the players we’ve signed in the summer are decent enough to stay up but if you play your best ball winner on the left wing and play all your wide men on the wrong sides then lose matches you’ve only got your manager to blame. Today down the left we had James Clarke at left back who’s a right footed Center back and Stuart Sinclair who’s a right footed central midfield ball winner on left wing. Then we had Rodman who’s an attacking right winger playing left midfield. How do we know these players aren’t good enough if we play them this way ? shocker, please a least play the players in there correct positions At least he gets the goalie in the right place but would not surprise me if he played left wing next week

Fortunately most of my work buds are gas, quite dedicated too.... So should be a lovely evening where we have something to moan about more than work.... Taking the positives like

We created TWO chances all game!! How is a team like that supposed to stay up?! Our midfield and defence can't keep hold of the ball to bring our strikers into play. It was summed up by a throw in during the first half where our player threw it at another Rovers player where it bounced off them for a Burton throw in. Pathetic school boy stuff. What do they get coached in training?! People put a lot of store in the first 10 games as an indicator of where you will be at the end- based on that the future looks very bleak indeed. We are nailed on for relegation as it stands and there were a fair few at the ground saying the same thing!

One of those games where if Jakubiak scored it’s a nice 1-0 win on the road. 0-0 a well deserved and hard fought point. Lose 1-0 and it’s terrible all game. In honesty we definitely deserved a draw. We fought hard and I definitely saw signs of improvement in comparison to recent weeks - although Jak fluffed his one chance, we were much better going forward and looked more dangerous. 2 things that annoyed me at the end though: Craig for marking yet again for the goal. It’s not even funny. The guy shouldn’t even be in the squad never mind the first team. Reilly - I like Reilly but what did he do when he came on? When you’re 0-0 away and you come on in the final 15 minutes you have to run run run and run. Force the defender into a mistake, run into space at all times. He did absolutely nothing. Seriously it was pathetic. He just jogged left to right as play moved up and down the pitch. If people wanted Payne’s head the other week they Reilly was 10x worse when he came on I actually think it would have been better to bring Payne on. Especially as we were hoofing it so much. Everyone talks about those ten minutes against Coventry but I actually thought he played quite well at Rochdale. Held the ball up and was the closest to scoring.

I said I won't travel to the mem to watch them under DC it costs me about £100 a game to watch rubbish no way. I do support the club and the team but not the manager

I really think Ellis papered over the cracks last season and now they have appeared bigger and wider.

Why are we nailed on for relegation, if we'd held on for a draw we wouldn't even be in the bottom 4, we could well be relegated but at least show some prospective.
