Bloody ridiculous, and desperate. Even Hamer was unhappy with that decision. Damned if he does, damned if he doesn't, we really had nothing to lose given it was the 4th minute of injury time. Although surely a Chairman should be backing his manager's decisions in public. |

Wimbledon, Plymouth, and Bradford all win. We are seriously in trouble. As did Rochdale, who were only 3 points and places above us at start of play. All around us will strengthen. As a minimum our Director of Recruitment MUST find us a big commanding Centre Half, and a big brute of a Centre Forward (and a proper keeper if Bonham is going to leave). Those two additions would make a huge difference as the rest of the squad should be good enough - given an outlet up front, and a good defender at the back. |

The only genuine winger option we have is Rodman. I don't class Bennett as a winger as he plays more centrally or comes inside when played out wide. Hopefully Rodman will eventually come good, but apart from him our options are limited. |

If we get rid of DC his replacement will be Stewart or Hargreaves.
We don't have any money.
But don't worry we might get the next Buckle or Graydon equivalent. Remember both had good managerial records before they joined us.
