That's why its important we carry on doing the same. Our 3 wins on the trot couldn't have come at a better time, we'd be about 10 points adrift otherwise. |

Oh well, would certainly have taken 10 points over the Festive period - a good haul, and vital with the way others are picking up around us.
A little break from league action now to get players fit, and hopefully look at strengthening a couple of areas.

Missed chance to close up today with Gills and Rochdale losing however Wycombe are on the cusp now of being dragged in to the fight.

Ah well, can’t win them all. Another clean sheet I suppose but a little annoying that those below us all won.
I see the point in have a balanced side with a left footed left midfielder. However, I am not sure if it’s really worth playing two left backs together for a home game. At least THD is more attacking. We really did miss him today.
I am also not totally convinced with Reilly. Other than a tap on the other week, he hasn’t done that much. Although he is still worth persisting with as we don’t have anyone better right now.

Stronger defensively maybe, not going forward. I don't feel comfortable with 2 lbs down that left side of the pitch. Id know what you mean but we’ve just won three on a row with two full backs on that side. THD can play left wing and is more versatile. Not convinced Martin can. |
