stubborness with TN cost him his job mate but yeah totally get what you are saying How can you blame TN for DC losing his job idiots He's obviously not blaming TN. He's blaming DC for continuing to pick TN.

Broadbent besides scoring has had a good game so far He's a good player. Disappointed in how little game time he's had this season, although I appreciate there has been some injury. Agree...will only get better with more game time and Craig needs to sit in the bench for a few games in my opinion...

I'm not watching or listening. Can anyone tell me what formation we are playing and who is playing where? The back four speaks for itself but interested in the midfield shape and whether any of the midfield are playing further up alongside Payne. Haven't been watching or listening but would imagine 4-4-2/4-4-1-1 With Rodman on the right and Matthews on the left with Sercombe just playing off Payne up top. Matthews on the left is what I was hoping for. I can't imagine he's going to get picked on the right with Rodman starting to do well whereas there is a spot up for grabs on the left wing for a left footer. Hope he's making the most of his opportunity.

Several Northampton players look seriously overweight, their defence is very poor and their captains are rapidly giving up (now on their 3rd tonight according to KB).

Accrington 3-2 down at home to Bury, after being 2-0 (I think) up. Hopefully that will affect them for Saturday

With three U-21 teams in the last 16, (Chelsea, Man City, Newcastle) there has to be a moderate possibility that at least one U-21 team will make the final. The main focus of the competition for clubs and sponsors is the Wembley final. One U-21 team at Wembley would greatly reduce the attendance and two U-21 teams would mean a tiny gate which would surely make Checkatrade wonder why they bothered to be sponsors. Could be interesting... Last year none of them even got close, despite a good start by some of them. Man City through. But Newcastle going out. Maybe the extra big boys could go far this year? The nightmare scenario of course is one of them getting to a final.
