Basic errors of defending. No one on the post, Lockyer not tracking his man. Just awful: streamable.com/vpr6mThat’s about 3 yards out in line with the far post - really Bonham should have gone for that.

Honeymoon is over. Does GC have the tactical know-how to get us out of this mess?

Honeymoon is over. Does GC have the tactical know-how to get us out of this mess? No. Else we'd not be losing today.

We are fecking awful. Everyone knows that we need a striker desperately. It is now Jan 19th and no sign of anyone coming in. No disrespect to GC but the reality js that he is a rookie manager, and we are in a desperate position. We lack creativity as well though. We do need a striker who will score goals but a midfield two of Clarke and upson won’t create much for any striker. Lines should start the home games , and if we’re going two up front then Nichols should be one of them because he can pass the ball and start attacks. No creativity in that starting line up today I’m afraid

Wish the nause on the radio would shut up about Bristol ‘Bears’.
Watching online, don’t feel Wycombe are much better than us, just lucky cheating tosspots, and we are wasteful and not looking at all fired up for the game..
Close from Rod then tho ..

Honeymoon is over. Does GC have the tactical know-how to get us out of this mess? does he f**k. For me not much has changed since DCs departure really. We got a few great results as does sometimes happen but now we are back where we were, not even competing, a budget manager and with other sides around us doing good business and improving their squads. Our lady garden squad of owners will sell on whatever players they can get a few for and invest f**k all true to form as the bunch of charlatans they are. Relegation 6 weeks ago. Relegation now.

This is a team that’s been stripped of its quality and any kind of football brains have been lost. So predictable and ridiculous decisions been made... We have a team full of dwarfs that can’t win a tackle let alone a header but we insist on having no movement and pumping it diagonal all the time

Well, if Sercombe is sold/let go in the next few days or so then that will tell us all we need to know - the owners don't care and are happy to see us go down - although how that will help them get any return on their investment is beyond me.

Absolute dross. No creativity. No punch up front and pathetic defending for the goal

As much as I hate Wycombe and desperate to beat them, not winning today may be a slightly good thing to make the board and GC realise we need more quality.

No money I guess. This is where Coughlan disappoints me a bit because it sounds like he is happy to work under conditions that DC wasn't impressed with. We're always trying to take the cheap option and everyone involved from the coaching upwards probably thought there was no urgency after winning 3 on the spin. You’re disappointed in Coughlan? So what did you expect him to do? Turn down his first ever managerial role unless he got the budget he demanded? No. Disappointed in the club for awarding him with a 2 year contract after a managerial bounce which is common instead of getting an experienced manager in. Nothing against GC but he's the obvious cheap yes man the board were looking for. Not what we need. Had we stuck with DC we would have stayed up IMO, not now.
