No signings and no communication from Wael will tell us what a lot of supporters already think. We need to maintain division two status. And our owners need to cough up money from their own pockets to get us out of this mess. It's quite obvious with all their signings several clubs have gone down this route unless they were all well under budget regarding the FFP rules. I for one would find that hard to believe. The FFP rules are a convenient smokescreen for our beloved owners to hide behind.

so you wouldnโt join in anti board chants? I don't no, but I know i wouldn't turn 'very nasty' to them. To show your nasty side , at the last home game , you could throw your used season card angrily on the floor and stamp your feet ! ๐๐๐ that would be REAL nasty ๐๐

I honestly feel this is your time to shine now wael! Can you make the difference to our club, show ambition, show fight and offer us something! Itโs all good and well ticking us over and covering losses but that isnโt what a football owner is about! Do you even want to save us? Time to talk and act or before long when the losses mass up and we are basically down donโt complain when we all turn very nasty towards you! It WILL happen! Over to you! You do know, don't you, that this is a Bristol Rovers forum and not Wael's email account?

I have more chance of going fishing and landing a whale than hearing from a Wael.

I am still in the camp that I want them gone. I personally feel that the club is being held to ransom by the Al Qadis. Wael obviously doesn't want to upset his family otherwise he'd say it's not him that is holding the club back. But the family now have walked out on our best chance of owning a ground and not far off of seeing us relegated to league 2.
They are clearly reducing cost now, there will players contracts up at the end of the season anyway and we will no doubt before the end of Jan let another 1 or 2 leave and bring some 18 year old loanee in. Hamer another one going maybe. I am not sure the London office, does Wael not have Wi-Fi in his house to do any work another unnecessary cost.
I feel massively let down and disconnected from the club more so if I'm honest than our season when we were relegated from League 2. I can't evem bring myself to go watch on Saturday due to the fact we have a club that seems to be going absolutely nowhere apart from backwards.

Why change a manager in December and not do all you can to allow him to improve the team in the Jan window?? Might as well have kept DC until the summer. GC is on a hiding to nothing imo

One day we will all look back and laugh at this phase in our history. Save the Wael. Heโs more like a shark now

GC is on a hiding to nothing imo Replacing DC for Coughlan makes absolutely no sense whatsoever to me really. It's hardly an upgrade. If they had a quality replacement lined up then fair enough, but the board seem to be winging it and making it up as they go along. Totally clueless.

Unless the players had something against DC then changing a manager without giving him any funds to bring in new players is completely pointless.
It would be extremely difficult for a new manager to improve the team long-term without any new additions. The 3 wins as some predicted appears to be the famous 'new manager effect' and now they have reverted to type.
Maybe Wael's phone is ringing less now with GC in charge? I can see GC accepting whatever terms are given just to get on the management ladder.

Nasty with a pasty! Didn't an aposing goalkeeper get that a few years ago with the 'launcher' following onto the pitch shortly after. Save your pasty. Can't even get weetabix into grounds now as they're offensive/dangerous although if we play Forest Green they are vegan so no offence commited
