Good first half. Doing what away teams do to us, frustrating the home team and slowing the game down.
JCH looking a good signing, not the best quality striker but very good at what he does and causing the opposition a lot of problems.
Not sure how Pompey are where they are in the league judging on both their experiences against us this season.

A decent first half on a very poor bobbly pitch. We seem to be handling it better than Pompey.
Perhaps get a tractor and plough on the Mem pitch before Saturday.

JCH looks impressive to me, he's strong and likes to water off the opposition defence which is great!
Defence doing very well although only Partington seems capable of distributing it well up field.
Jak trying hard but not a lot coming off for him.
Sercombe classy as ever.

JC got absolutely terrorised at LB away at QPR. Shouldnt be at left back in game like this. Much better in the middle and Kelly left back. It was a bit of a horror show at QPR. Playing very well tonight. He played there quite a bit earlier in the season too and won man of the match st left back before. |

Scrappy game but we’re handling the pitch better than them and winning more 50/50s .
It had that one goal will win this feel to it first half hopefully that’ll continue in the second half.
