Just shows how social media brings out the stupidity in some people who use it.
A very silly man who has expressed his views in public when they clearly should not have been and not only that but on this day when many of us remember family members who were involved in this day 75years ago.
I hope the club distance themselves from his comments as quite clearly the local media will pick up on this.

I don't think many would find mike's post racist tho, just ballsy and possibly miss-judged, people don't like ideas that take them out of their comfort zone. |

Blimey, I can't see how the club can continue to advertise his books in the club shop with views like that, as somebody else as posted even if you have such strong views why tell the world. I'm surprised this has been moved as I fear it'll be all over social media and the Bristol Post by tomorrow, what an idiot. Been picked up by OTIB so expect it in the Bristol Post later today. |
