I am no fan of his at all, but there has to be major concerns regarding his treatment.1. The British Police tip off the BBC about raiding the home of Cliff Richard. Apparently, the Police say this is to publicize the case and hope that it brings other people forward to testify against him. The same tactic has been used against many other well-known personalities. All of this before the person has actually been charged with any offences.
2. Robinson films some blokes entering court, who have already been found guilty and who were arriving to hear their sentences.
Which one of those two examples actually causes prejudice in any potential future court case?
Also, the fact that he was arrested on the street and sentenced to prison within three hours? Something is not right here and people should be asking questions about this as it may one day happen to you or someone you know.
The whole procedure against Robinson stinks. Once again, to avoid flak, I have to reiterate that I am no supporter of his.
Two wrongs don't make a right as the old saying goes - regardless of any poor practises the police use against Cliff Richard or others that has no bearing on Tommy Robinson breaking the law and being punished for it.
I think that the point about them having 'already been found guilty and arriving to hear their sentences' is irrelevant - the reporting restrictions were in place as it was part of a series of linked trials, and some of the latter ones were still ongoing - from what I understand the legal principle is that reporting on the outcomes of the earlier trials once they conclude can prejudice the outcomes of the later trials, hence the reason for reporting restrictions in any such cases.
And hence why as far as I can see no media outlets reported on these cases until the October when the final trials had finished and the reporting restrictions were lifted. Everyone else follows these legal restrictions and isn't reprimanded in any way; Robinson, knowing full well reporting restrictions are in effect, choses to ignore them and publicise the trial anyway. Not sure what exactly 'stinks' about this?

Surely the point of the article is that Robinson only seems to care about certain coloured sex offenders which seems hard to refute.
Bang Robinson up if he has done wrong. I have no problems with that, but this latest sentence is wrong. We all know it is. This other story is actually a non-story in reality isn't it.
Some of the rhetoric Robinson has used before is along the lines that muslims need to be step up and do more to call out and condemn the extremists who are within their communities / identifying as the same religion - interesting that he himself is then so completely silent on the paedophiles identifying with the group he founded..... Whether he has technically left the EDL or not surely this still stands out as hypocritical?
