We wear the away kit as it has it's own sponsor. I suspect it is yellow. I liked the Blue and Green Half colours myself

The 1994/1995 green and black quarters worn at Wembley, will never be beaten.

The 1994/1995 green and black quarters worn at Wembley, will never be beaten. Home and away shirts that season both had "Bristol Rovers" displayed in the 'dark' quarters. I have both. Sadly the green and black still reminds me of the Gareth Taylor miss from 1 yard out against Huddersfield. I have never watched the game back.

Taylor’s Miss, Browning’s follow up sitter, Stewart crashing the bar initially....never has a side deserved a win more & left with absolutely nothing. A heartbreaking day.

I guess by only releasing one kit (for now), we are hoping everyone gets impatient and just buys the home kit. Then we release the away kit and I bet it looks great, so great that people start buying that too, to try and everyone to buy both, to increase revenue.
But in all seriousness, I am pretty disappointed that with 4 days to go to the start of the season, we have no idea what 1 of our kits look like.

Stewy was incredible that day (despite the dodgy headband!). He was fabulous player. We battered them yet somehow managed to lose the game. I'm still not sure how!

Seeing as we've gone retro what about reviving the 73-74 promotion away/change kit? Oh no, maybe not! I alway liked the red and white stripes, black shorts and red socks. Made us look taller!

I think the away shirt is going to be an all white version. Quite possible given the home shirt has an all blue back.
If you look at the second video released on Twitter there is a seemingly all white shirt next to it that doesn't look like any other Rovers kit we've had yet, it has the same macron emblem as the new home shirt. What do others reckon?

Whatever...it will have to be good to rival the thing of beauty that is the home shirt.

Would love it to be a version of the 88-90 away shirt. Doesn't an all white shirt clash with too many home shirts, hence why it's usually yellow etc?

Depends whether the club want it to be worn as an away shirt or just as a change shirt when there's a colour clash. Assuming that we've now got one shirt sponsor for both shirts we're more flexible, although I believe the 88-90 kits had a home and away sponsor but they were used on both kits. We also had a nice all white shirt towards the end of the Cowlin era. Attachment Deleted

Not yellow again surely!!!! I do like our yellow kits but it does seem to have been used as our 2nd choice an awful lot over the last few years... a white and black kit this season would be a dream but also wouldn’t mind a return of green & black quarters

All white would be beautiful... Didn't we have a white shirt with a black trim back around 2012?? Prior to that and I think you have to go all the way back to the Cowlin days cica 2003 approx (?).
When we had that all white strip back in 2003 (ish) , we also had a third kit that season... A very nice bright orange number!
Could we maybe be going down that route again...?
I am still torn on 3rd kits in general, part of me thinks they are excuses to fleece us the fans for more money and on the other hand I think it is nice to essentially have the choice of two away kits to buy.

We will never not have quarters at home, rightly so.
The away kit should undergo a change up every season, the constant yellow away shirts have become a bore now. The black/grey quarters with luminous trim was a huge favourite and a very welcome difference.
